We have been very disappointed with the service levels and unprofessional behaviour of Elite Dental Practice. I had sought his services to treat one of my relations. Neither did Dr. Gautam (nor did his assistant Dr. Neha Kulsoom) *** **** ********* ** *** ****** *** *** **** ******* * ****** ********** Despite multiple visits* *** ****** *** ******* **** *********** After a while, they began completely ignoring our calls for more than 2 weeks. We called them and messaged them multiple times seeking appointment, but there would be no callback/revert. Frustrated, we finally changed our dentist ****** ******* *** ****** **** *** ******* ** ******* *** **** ******** ** ********** A very bad experience overall.

She and her team are very friendly and make one very comfortable during and after the entire process. I never felt that the doctor was in a hurry to finish the treatment. She helped me with very complicated issues with great patience. Any questions that you have regarding the treatment are answered thoroughly and the treatment process is completely explained. I highly recommend her for any dental problems.

I had an excellent experience with Dr. Irina. She is very skilled and extremely patient, taking the time to explain each step of the procedure thoroughly. Her calm demeanour and gentle approach made me feel at ease throughout my visit. She truly understood my issue and ensured that I was comfortable and well-informed. Visited the dr for a general examination. She was very friendly and explained all aspects pertaining to the issues and a detailed course of action to fix the issue. I would highly recommend Dr Irani. She is extremely professional. My mother is also her patient and she has seen significant improvement in all her tooth related issues.
