I have gone to a dentist for several years... But always had to wait for upto 1.5 to 2 hours even with an appointment.

Secondly during the COVID-19... Though protocols were followed.. the clinic had too many patients waiting at all times..

My root canals which were treated earlier T this clinic.... were completed but both crowns not fitted well.. hence removed after two weeks...

Dr Shalini sorted out these issues... and now both those crowns fit perfectly.. Dr Shalini takes time to prepare the tooth... correct impression taken and obviously gets the right crown material ...

Dr Shalini did a new root canal treatment painlessly and now am a happy patient with my dental work complete

She follows hygiene protocols to the tee and that's gives us confidence and peace of mind

Appointment times are stuck too..

I would get reminder sms which is helpful..

Dr Shalini takes time with each patient and explains the procedure as well as all options to choose from. Even during the treatment she is very gentle and allows the patient to feel comfortable.

Even during follow up meetings she really goes the extra mile to ensure the comfort of the patient.I felt her expertise and quality of treatment worth every penny. I drive about 10 Kms to come to her clinic and it takes quite a while with the traffic in Bangalore, but I wouldn't go any other place .. spending that time in traffic is worth ******* *** ** * ********* ********

I have been going to Dr. Shalini for my family's dental needs for the last 10 years. She has taken care of everything ranging from simple cleaning to cavities, extractions and implants. She puts the patient at ease almost immediately, is thoroughly professional and explains the diagnosis and treatment very clearly. her expertise is evident in the fact that none of my issues have recurred or remained unresolved. My son is her newest patient and we now travel across town to see her as we just don't want to compromise on the level of comfort and assurance she gives us.

Today I had a very bad experience…infact I have 30 mins late however I informed the concerned person and I was identified as the MediBuddy customer …after another 25 mins I was as asked to re- book my appointment as I was late ….

It was a very embarrassing situation and I personally did not want to create a scene …my personal opinion here is that if you are a cashless /insurance or MediBuddy customer then you are not been preferred…thereby the prefer the patient who pays cash…appreciate as a doctor there is basic respect to mankind and treat patients equally immaterial whether they are cashless /cash patients

One cannot be expect to wait at the clinic and then turned down stating that we were late …if the doctor is so very wrong one conscious then last time I was waiting for more than 30 mins i that case I should have barged in as my appointment was breached

I literally got annoyed and left the clinic and took time to share my opinion.this is the first time in my life that I was treated like this as a corporate customer

I strongly send a message across to all concerned parties who are part of this network not to encourage corporate customer to be badly treated like this …this is very frustrating *** *********** **

firstly during the pandemic the clinic is very clean, and every protocol was followed.

secondly the doctor is very friendly and explains the procedure in detail.

my and my family have been visiting her for dental issues from past 10 years and have always been satisfied.

Doctor was friendly, made me feel comfortable. Explained the issues, treatment recommended & why. I am satisfied with all the treatments, root canal, filling cavities, tooth extraction& help with making my dentures , which I had difficulty using earlier, more comfortable & wearable.

I'm a month into my braces journey for a crossbite, *** *** ********** *** **** ***** ** **** Dr. Shalini walked me through every step and gave me really helpful tips on aftercare to keep things comfortable. It's nice to find a doctor who makes you feel well supported. I'm expecting to see the results of my treatment soon.

Dr shalini well versed in treatment, explains thoroughly the treatment , patient , friendly and we as a family have associated for all r dental care for the past 20 plus yrs . The clinic very clean and hygienic and the latest equipment’s available for treatments

Have been consulting her many years.... she is awesome, amazing. She is the best dentist in town... I simply adore her... I have blind faith in her... she is a very skilled dentist..
