I would like to share my overall good experience with Derma solutions clinic. I consulted Dr. Sandeep with high hopes for my Laser Hair removal treatment. I had taken sessions in other clinics and faced several complication either one or other. Whole body laser hair removal 4 sessions so far done. I am seriously amazed to see the difference and results. Further 4 more sessions are recommended for completion. Cost wise, I got a good package discounts and was inside my budget.

A special thanks to Dr. Sandeep Mohapatra and Dr. Thyagaraj for the excellent treatment given. I was suffering from cyst in the mouth for 4 months & approached Neo Clinic for treatment.
In no time, the surgery was performed and the cyst was removed. Also a special thanks to Ms. Manju for the timely follow up since the surgery and until removing the sutures.
This was not my first time to Neo clinic, but also previously for a wart removal. The doctors are excellent and have a golden hand to cure patient of any ailments.

The staff at reception at the clinic is very rude. Straight away I was asked to pay the consultation charge and wait for one hour. After asking about the wait period, I was told that the wait period is minimum 60 minutes. Looked like, the staff was in hurry to collect money. When we told that our booking was scheduled at 4:00 pm and we are before time, the staff started talking to us in a rude way. If there is no value of time, then there is no use of using Practo.Doctor is friendly and gave us good explanation of the problem. Staff need to learn how to talk to customers.
