I had to wait for more than 30 mins still doctor was busy with other patients... staff kept on saying 2mins wait for more than 15mins

Hello sir U came 30 minutes prior to your appointment and we had a kids treatment going on and so it took 10 minutes extra.we try to keep up the appointment time but sometimes treatment tends to extend.i would appreciate if u understand the situation.Moreover the wait time in the app itself shows 15minutes.u weren't waiting more than that.
