We consulted Dr.Kote for my Mum (73 years). He came highly recommended by our GP and ENT - Dr.Anita Krishnan who recommended Dr.Kote for my mum due to her complicated health history. Initially we had a video consult with Doctor who patiently heard her out and addressed her concerns. He offered explanations for suggesting change in medication and explained the treatment in great detail. The change in medication helped my mum's condition and her follow up medical reports reflected this improvement.
