She is very professional and friendly. Listens keenly, and provides techniques and insights. She makes sure she reviews the same in the next session and modifies techniques accordingly. The sessions have helped me alot to gain insights into traits that i was unaware of possessing, and I've also gained healthy coping strategies which I now use. Our experience with Arun for couples counselling was deeply disappointing.
