I'm 2 years postpartum with my first child (C-section). My belly was huge from pregnancy and I still keep looking like pregnant. My gynic doctor just suggested me to do some simple exercises at home.... Tried different abdominal binders and exercises. Exercises worked on my whole body except my tummy... Very recently I got to know that I've DR and Umbilical Hernia.... Another gynic suggested me to do Yoga.... Everyone just kept telling me- go for next pregnancy- stomach would get automatically set, etc ... I'm fed up with all the suggestions as I knew something was wrong with my body but don't know whom to be approached..
One day, luckily I came across one of the YouTube shorts by Pooja mam Arogya Physio- only then I came to know that this condition of mine can be treated by Physiotherapy. Then I got enrolled into online workshop and it's my first step towards improvement of my situation.
Classes were very good- here I got to know how to engage core with deep breathing which is very crucial for muscle strengthening.. they'll show us how to do exercises at a moderate pace- will make us do- correct us... Best part, they take only limited people per batch so that they can give one-on-one guidance... Not only exercises, Diet consultation is also included because of which I got to know about my Iron deficiency... They show sitting, standing, sleeping all kind of exercises so that we can pick any of our choice and put them into practice as per our situations... With 3 weeks of workshop, I could see improvement in my belly... Each body is different and it may take more time for me. I'm very happy that my body is responding and improving day-by-day with these exercises and proper diet...
The whole Team is very friendly and Pooja mam is the best❤️. I've never seen a Doctor who is so friendly, motivating and always smiling.. I wanted to take offline treatment as well.. Will definitely plan for it for my speed recovery & wanted to experience Pooja Mam's magical treatment in person..
I would definitely recommend Arogya Physio to all the people who are suffering with different issues. Main thing, awareness is missing regarding DR- Happy that Arogya physio started online workshops... This is the 2nd batch🙂

I know Dr.Pooja through the 30 days fitness plan, and had visited her 6-7 months back for frequent lower back pain issues while exercising. That’s when she diagnosed that I have diastesis recti - a term which was new to me, and I’m sure a lot of us are not aware of. It basically meant that my abdominal muscles haven’t got back to their position post pregnancy and I had a 7 finger * 4.5 finger gap between these muscles, which was in turn giving me poor core strength and imbalance - the root cause of the back pain. When the back pains started getting more frequent, it started affecting my workout progress and I decided to get this fixed from Dr. Pooja.
I was recommended 6 sittings of treatment which was a combination of manual therapy and exercises. The doctor was always very considerate about the fact that I was travelling 20+ kms one way to get the treatment done, and there was no wait time. Every step was clearly explained and the doctor was available to clarify any and all questions that came up in this process. After 3-4 sessions itself, I was able to feel my waist size going down and felt at ease doing some core muscle related activities like lying down flat and lifting my legs up. Now, after just 6 sessions, the gap has come down to 2 finger * 1.5 finger (which is no longer considered as diastesis recti): all thanks to Dr. Pooja’s extremely skilled and focused treatment style.
I can’t begin to say how thankful I am to the doctor for not only raising awareness around this issue with most post partum women may have (but are unaware of), but also fixing it for me within a week. I’m grateful to have been in the right place at the right time and I encourage all post partum moms to get yourself checked with a physiotherapist to rule out this condition or fix it early - so it doesn’t cause further downstream problems in the future.
Once again, HUGE thanks to Dr. Pooja and her team :)

My mother was suffering from severe knee pain from the past one and half years. There were nodules everywhere around her legs, the pain was unbearable and she was not even able to walk. Fortunately, once when I was looking at physiotherapists online, I came across her suggestion as it was close to my place. We started my mother’s physiotherapy sessions there, and within three sessions tremendous improvements could be seen. And within a week, her nodules almost came to zero, she could walk easily and the pain just disappeared as if it was never there. Dr. Pooja not just healed my mother’s leg pain, but also recommended her a healthy diet and exercise and keeps checking on her. And we keep visiting her clinic for regular sessions. She is like a family doctor to us, very friendly and cooperative and treats my mother in such a nice way and makes her feel very comfortable.
I would recommend everyone with any pain in their body, to atleast consult her once as she really has that magic to heal it, as it worked wonders on my mother.

Dear Dr. Munesh,
I wanted to express our deepest gratitude for the incredible care and support you've provided to my wife, Chinmai, during her post-operation physiotherapy. When Chinmai faced a left arm fracture with complete radial nerve palsy, we were understandably worried. However, your expertise and dedication have been nothing short of remarkable.
Under your guidance, Chinmai has made remarkable progress. She can now move her arm, wrist, and fingers, which was something we couldn't have imagined during the initial stages of her treatment. Your knowledge, patience, and encouragement have played a crucial role in her recovery, and for that, we are truly thankful.
Your commitment to her well-being, as well as your kindness and reassurance throughout this process, have made all the difference. We have the utmost respect for your professionalism and the positive impact you've had on Chinmai's life.
Thank you, Dr. Munesh, for going above and beyond in your role as a physiotherapist. We can't express how grateful we are for your exceptional care. You've not only improved her physical health but also her overall outlook and confidence.

I have known Dr. Pooja almost for a decade now .. however this was the first instance when I had consulted her and that too when nothing else seemed to work for me, she served as the shining beacon of hope ... I had suffered an ankle injury i.e. ligament tear about 4 months ago and what initially looked pretty harmless turned into a serious concern when I couldn't manage to walk properly and suffered recurring pain even after following all the medications / precautions for 3+ months and next step advised was to go for a complicated ligament construction surgery... This is when I consulted Pooja and the complicated surgery was replaced by 1 hour physiotherapy sessions comprising of Ultrasound & laser for 3 consecutive days, followed by simple ankle strengthening exercises to be done at home ... There was significant improvement after the sessions and I feel much better now ... At times along with healthcare assistance one needs moral support too ... And Pooja was just amazing at that along with prescribing me the right course of treatment! Special thanks to Dr. Simran who had attended me ... She seemed to know her craft, communicated the process in great detail and administered it with great efficiency and empathy ...

Hello,
I was referred to Dr Pooja for Diastasis Recti correction. Many ladies aren’t aware of this condition but the simplest form of analysis is to think why the mommy tummy doesn’t disappear and the shape of navel looks different after giving birth, probably a backache as well!
I’m 39 and I knew about this condition right after the birth of my first kid, meaning 13 yrs. The condition probably worsened with the type of exercises I was doing! My bad, I didn’t take it seriously when the gap was lesser.. I did follow other techniques to bridge gap, but wud give up sooner than later since i was mostly not as motivated or impatient to wait for good results.
Dr Pooja used the KIASTM technique and helped reduce the DR in about 9 sessions(yes mine was really bad) and her healing hands did wonders! My core looks soo much better now. And all this without going under a knife!
Yes ladies, please analyze yourself and understand your body’s needs to get a stronger core! With all respect, Dr Pooja thank you very very much for taking care of me.

Dr. Pooja is a well-known physiotherapist, most genuine human being. She treated and closed my Diastasis Recti (DR) in a span of just 10 days using her unique KIASTM treatment method. I can't belive i am free from DR in just 10 days, I would call it a miracle. I am a mother of 2 kids, I got to know that l have DR and umbilical hernia when l had my 1st kid, which was 5 years ago.. My tummy didn't settle back to normal (didn't go in) and i had a doming which is called as coning in medical term. I gave birth to my second child 8 months ago. This time the DR worsened even further (horizontal 10 fingers, vertical 11 fingers), my posture had changed, my confidence was low, had very bad back pain. I thought sugery is the only option to close DR. I didn't wanted to go through another surgery as i had delivered both my kids through C- Section, then by gods grace I came to know about Dr. pooja, who uses a unique method to treat DR.. one thing caught my attention was the treatment method apart from the regular excercises. Now, my DR is closed (horizontal 1 finger, vertical 4.5 fingers), size of hernia has reduced, my posture is way better, have no back pain, one more bonus of the treatment was my strech marks have almost gone☺️... So ladies just check if you have any abdominal seperation postpartum (How to check for DR? you ll get lot of videos in YouTube) and just walk to her she will take care of the rest... Once again thanks a lot Dr. Pooja, you are an angel..

I recently underwent a series of physiotherapy sessions for Diastasis Recti and umbilical hernia repair at Arogya Physiotherapy Centre. The experience has been transformative for me.When I first started, I was dealing with significant abdominal separation and discomfort, especially around the umbilical area. I have been asking many doctors, guns for help and has been exercising for 2 years with hardly any results. But Polka man gave me hope she is the first person to diagnose my umbilical hernia. She is a such a dedicated and lovely person.
Someone you can put your trust into. The other physiotherapists Dr. Dilpreet, Dr. Nancy was incredibly knowledgeable and provided me with a tailored exercise plan that focused on strengthening my core without straining the affected areas. Polka man also used gentle manual therapy, kiastm, massage and electrical stimulation techniques that really helped in reducing my pain and improving my posture.Over the course of the treatment, I noticed a considerable improvement in my abdominal strength, and the separation has reduced significantly. I also experienced less pain around my umbilical hernia, and the guidance I received on how to manage daily activities has been invaluable. The sessions were challenging but always within my comfort level, and I appreciated the constant support and motivation from the therapist. I now feel more confident in my body’s ability to heal and maintain this progress. I’m very grateful for the personalized care and would highly recommend these sessions to anyone dealing with similar issues. If you are a woman you need Poona man knows your life I am forever indebted. She is God sent angel for all women who loose hope. She is light in darkness. I can keep on writing. I hope it helps some other women as well.
