Apoorva Diagnostic and Healthcare, Indiranagar

I booked this appointment through practo. Firstly, the clinic was wrongly mentioned. I went to apoorva diagnostic clinic and then was told the doctor sits at apoorva hospital whic is 1.5 kms away. I called the hospital to confirm they said the doctor is on leave! but there's another gynac on call who can see me. So I walked the 1.5 kms to reach the hospital. Upon reaching i was told there is no gynac available! is this a joke to you guys?Also, if a particular doctor is on leave then why isn't practo doing its due diligence and updating their app??? Why is the doctor also making slots available at practo? Most horrible experience and half a day gone!

Dr Hemanandini is amazing, she takes her time to explain concepts and makes sure you've understood everything. She is patient and is open to answering all questions. Her approach is friendly and open. I love her non judgemental approach and understanding and the fact that she takes her time with each patient.

At hospital, did not recognize QR code. Hence paid money again.

I visited the Doctor for fever, headaches, body aches. She without explaining anything, without examining anything ****** prescribed one antibiotic and Dolo 650. Without asking any questions she ****** advised some investigations. Then hurriedly went away. I was fully dissatisfied frustrated with her way of approach. Even one time she shouted at me. Very peculiar.

Friendly, transparent communication and practical. Also doctor is available for telecommunications if needed.

Doctor Hema was friendly and approachable, she explains the treatment to the point and it really worked for me.

I went to the doctor next day after my rib injury because my right rib was hit badly. There was an unimaginable pain arising from my ribs and i had difficulty in breathing etc.

I had to wait for almost an hour to see the doctor and he put me on medication for a week after my rib x-ray and asked me to buy sling pouch.

***** *** ** *********** ** * **** *** he immediately asked for a MRI. It cost me around 10000 so far.(doctor consultation+MRI charges+ medical certificate for 500).

With the MRI, doctor said that there was nothing found in the report. It is only a soft tissue rupture and contusion which takes 2-3 months of recovery.

He put me under variety of medication, close followups etc. ** ***** ******** ** **** ********* ** ****** **** ***** **** ** *** **** ********* ***** *** ******

After 3 months of constant followup and diagnosis, I realized that although I spent around 12000 so far, my neck, hand, shoulder pain ********* *** my day-to-day activities were so difficult. The doctor would always ask me to take painkillers for such pain and nothing else.

So now, after realizing that it is not too late, I went for a second opinion. I came to know that I have a different complication in my shoulder and neck, because my ribs injury was resolved under 8 weeks.* *** *** ********* ******** ** **** ****** *** ****** * ** ********* **** ** **** *****

As the new doctor confirmed after careful observations, I have shoulder inflammation and issues with the neck's and shoulder's nerves. I am now on medication for nerves and also undergoing physiotherapy.***** ** * **** ***** ** *** ******* ** ******** **** ******* *** *** *** ******** ** ******** *** **** **** ** * ********* **************** ***** ******** ** *** ** ***** ********* ************* ** ******** *** ** ************ Even the receptionist used to make me wait for almost 1 hour without a proper queuing system.

Please never go to this doctor ****** *** **** ** ***** **** ******* ****** *** ***********

I had severe pain in my shoulder and was not able to move my shoulder. Got the X-ray, investigation and MRI done. Doctors recommended surgery for which I was very scared but Dr Rudresh treated me without surgery and in planned way and I’m very thankful to him. He treated it in multiple visits without surgery . I strongly recommend him.
