Visited Dr. Sumanjita Bora (General Physician)
I have had the privilege of having Dr. Sumanjita as our family consultant, and I can confidently say that she is an extraordinary healthcare professional. Her dedication, professionalism, and exceptional empathy towards her patients truly distinguish her from the rest.
While her specialization lies in the field of Cardiology, she has become our first point of contact for any medical issues within my family and close friends. We are extremely satisfied with her accurate diagnoses and, most importantly, the thorough explanations and guidance she provides for the next steps.
One of the most remarkable qualities of Dr. Sumanjita is her accessibility. She is always available to address any concerns or questions, regardless of the time of day. Her prompt responsiveness and willingness to provide guidance and reassurance make us feel valued and supported as patients. What impresses me the most about Dr. Sumanjita is her willingness to take on a significant amount of responsibility and diligently follow up. She goes the extra mile to ensure that her patients receive the necessary follow-up care, prescriptions, or referrals, leaving no stone unturned in their well-being.
When it comes to diagnosing and treating ailments, she is not content with merely addressing the symptoms; instead, she is driven to identify the underlying root cause of the problem. Her genuine listening skills, empathy, and creation of a supportive environment make patients feel comfortable sharing their concerns with her. Dr. Sumanjita's ensures that she is well-updated about the latest advancement in the medical field, guaranteeing that her patients receive the best possible care and treatment.
Furthermore, Dr. Sumanjita has demonstrated exceptional support and assistance to many of our friends and relatives remotely during the COVID-19 pandemic. Her dedication to provide help and support to those during the need of the hour is truly commendable.
I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Sumanjita to anyone seeking a doctor who consistently goes above and beyond for their patients.
Visited Dr. Diptarka Bhattacharyya (ENT/ Otorhinolaryngologist) For Ear Micro Surgery

My son had headache issues for more than an year, we visited lot of doctors as well, with prescribed medicine it used to get over temporarily but used to occur again.
What we observed is he started having severe headache everytime he used to go to swimming. This time it was severe than earlier, we got him hospitalized and got CT done.
I googled about the best ENT nearby and luckily found Dr. Bhattacharya who found out that the headache was due to an ear issue by birth (in Laymen's language - his dead skin used to accumulate inside the ear which normally comes in form of wax) this caused the headache and it went so bad that due to that pressure it made a passage towards head and CSF leak started happening from ear.
Long story short we had to undergo surgery so that dead skin comes out from ear like normal in form of wax.
Great thing about Dr. is he gave us enough time to explain and clarified each and every doubt. For a Dr. Its very difficult to give that much time and explain in such detail. Parents can understand how painful it is for the parents even if child has to be injected. For us it was a long and critical surgery. But Dr. gave us confidence to undergo surgery.
We were fortunate enough to find such a down to earth Dr. His expertise, professionalism, and most of all caring approach make him an exceptional ENT specialist and surgeon. Apart from being a great doctor, he is a great human being with great humility.
I strongly recommend the Dr for any ENT related advice.

When I landed at Dr. Bhattacharya's office in an SOS situation, I never knew I was to be remedied of that forever! He took one look and gave a spot-on diagnosis. In order to make sure he knew what he was talking about, he even ruled out the usual suspects but his initial diagnosis held strong and I underwent a recommended septoplasty surgery.
Life has never been like this (though I'm still in recovery) and it's unfathomable that such large breathing spaces are available in a seemingly constricted space like the nose. I'd been living with congested sinuses without even realizing and but for the good doctor and his competent team, I'd never have known the joy of free-breathing.
The Team was always clear in their explanations and thorough in the procedures. I was kept in loop at every step and all questions were answered in great detail. I had the freedom to question any treatment pathways being taken and seek explanations for any discomfort I may feel. I know I wasn't the easiest patient to have (with tons of queries) but his care, patience and friendliness shine right through.
It hasn't been a fun recovery but then, no sinus surgery is. What matters is that I have the support and guidance. The Manipal Hospital Team also deserves a mention for their hard work and kindness throughout. All in all, if there's an ENT issue you're dealing with, I'd heavily recommend consulting Dr. Bhattacharya, who always carves out time to be there by your side. A straightforward honest diagnosis is assured and you won't regret it :)

Visited Dr. Dilip Joseph Wilson (General Physician) For FeverBody AcheChest Painbackpain

This is my first Practo review.
And I am sharing this review with the motive that this might help someone in distress and need some genuine Medical practitioner.
I found about Dr. Wilson on the practo itself. I was facing fever, severe pain in my ribs & back, sore throat, weakness etc. When I visited Dr. Wilson they was very friendly, listened to me very patiently and seemed very concerned about my health. Their prognosis was very much apt to my condition and my chest/back pain got alleviated in 2-3 days.
Though few days later I diagnosed with covid. But still, I was continuously in touch with them over phone/whatsapp, and their reverts were instantaneous. Not only this, when I was facing difficulties to get covid medications I approached Dr. Wilson regarding this. They wholeheartedly supported me and arranged medicines for me.
Later my mother also got covid (probably because of me). I again consulted Dr. Wilson , and with their help and support my mother is doing and recovering fairly well.
I know I have written very long review, but in my view, even these words falls short to show my gratitude to Dr. Wilson. They are a real life saver.
A savior for me and my family.
Thanks again Dr. Wilson. From the bottom of my heart, I wish for a very long and healthy life to you.
