I have undergone multiple dental procedures in the past— RCTs, wisdom tooth extractions, and extensions — and I have never experienced pain like I did this time. I made the mistake of going to a nearby Clove clinic just because it was close to my house, and that turned out to be a very bad decision. During the extraction attempt there, the pain was so severe that I was about to pass out. My blood pressure shot up to 193, and I was completely shaken and traumatized.
In desperation, I called 32 Smiles, Kundanhalli, and thankfully Dr. Pujari himself picked up the call. The moment I spoke to him, I explained everything I was going through. When I told him how much pain I was in, he calmly said,, “I will remove it — you won’t feel any pain.”
That confidence alone relieved half of my pain and anxiety. Despite having a late-night bus to catch, he still called me in during the evening and treated me ******* *** ***** The extraction was done with such precision, care, and expertise that I felt absolutely no pain. What amazed me the most was that the intense pain I had before seeing him completely disappeared after the procedure.
I am deeply grateful to Dr. Pujari—not just for his exceptional skill, but for his calmness, confidence, and genuine concern for his patients. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is scared of dental procedures or has had a bad experience elsewhere.

Visited Dr. Mallayya R. Pujari (Dentist) For Root Canal Treatment (RCT)

I went with tooth sharp radiating tooth pain on Sept 14 2020. Dr. MR Pujari heard me patiently and after checking he prescribed root canal treatment. The tooth was filled once 6 years back.
Total procedure took 4 visits (including fixing cap/crown). Dr. Srivatsa said he goes slow to avoid any reinfection after RCT.
- First visit (approximately 15 mins, By Dr MR Pujari): The tooth was
drilled little bit and cleaned. Did not have pain after first session.
- Second visit (approx. 45 mins): Tooth preparation was done and cap measurement was taken by Dr Pujari. Half of the RCT was done by Dr. Srivatsa. Dr. Srivatsa was friendly and patient.
- Third visit (20 mins, Dr Srivatsa) : RCT was completed.
- 4th visit (15 mins) : Cap fixing was done by some Lady doctor.
Overall experience : Very good and painless RCT experience.
Cons : Not as such.
Note : Not sure if I can mention it here. Doctor could have advised not to take food till local anesthesia subsides. I bit my lips many times (As sensation was nill I did not realize I was biting myself :) ) as I started taking dinner just after 3rd visit. I realized it only after sometime.

The best and most reliable dentist in Bangalore;
I met with Dr. Pujari to discuss my teeth alignment and shared my expectations with him. He listened patiently and offered suggestions to bring my expectations to fruition. In spite of the fact that I requested multiple appointments in response to my concerns, he enabled all appointments with patience and enabled treatment without a economic mindset. The alignment of my teeth has now been achieved through the assistance of Dr. Purjari.
I recommend Dr Pujari for the following reasons;
Patience: It is an essential quality for doctors to be patient while listening to their patients' concerns in order to understand and address them.
The doctor cannot always be economical : in the event that things do not go as planned, the doctor should be able to extend the treatment without putting the patient at an undue financial burden.
Trust and assistance: It is the responsibility of doctors to establish trust and provide assistance to patients in times of difficulty
Happy ending: The patient should leave with a smile at the end of the treatment.

Dr.Pujari is the first ever doctor which I have seen is very talented plus who does NOT empty your pockets .he is very calm and understanding.he is highly cooperative with patients and explains everything in detail. he is not at all rude like other doctors. he is a true doctor and is serving everyone with his true efforts plus honesty and humanity. I told him that many doctors have spoiled my teeth only for the sake of money but he helped me and did not take extra money like other doctors. Thank you so much doctor.... God bless you 😇
