Dr. Deepti is highly professional, ************* *** ************ She understood the problem and explained the course of treatment. Her explanation was thorough and gave all the pros and cons of the treatment procedure. Her style of dealing with patient's fear is unmatchable. She confides in her patient, gains her trust and then starts the treatment.

The RCT procedure did not go as planned due to the complex nature of my tooth. Dr pointed that out during second visit the damage to the tooth was extensive and RCT alone wouldn't be a siccess and went ahead with Implant as the damage to the tooth was unrecoverable. With my permission she performed the Implant surgery (painlessly) and kept monitoring that at the interval of 4-5 days and World call almost every evening to check on.

She did not charge anything extra for the Implant procedure and said you don't have to pay anything for any extra work unless the procedure is successful. I'm now recovering and finally she managed to save my tooth which otherwise would by lying in trash. I've visited almost 6-7 times and received as many phone calls from her to check my progress. She cares for her patient.

Overall process is pretty good the way that they dealt.

Dr. Deepthi Prasad was friendly and able to understand the situation and the cause stepping into the shoe.. Instead making things hurry / rush. She took steps to ensure the procedure and cure done in proper way of RCT, filling and cap alignment. And post treatment care be taken care in this difficult pandemic situation.

This was my first root canal treatment and glad I made right choice reaching out to Dr Deepthi Prasad. Prior to walking in to 32 smiles, I visited couple of dental clinics wherein doctors were not even able to diagnose the problem. My case was bit complicated because I had some internal tooth fracture which should be dealt carefully with RCT. Dr Deepthi was very professional, interactive, experienced, on-time, clearly outlined the issue, explained reasons on what led to this situation and outcomes expected post RCT. Had to see doc for 3 sittings to complete RCT and dental cap. Overall it was a pleasant experience and I would highly recommend Dr Deepthi for any dental issues. as someone who is terrified of white coats i have to say that my experience with Dr Zeba at 32 Smiles Sarjapur was absolutely pleasant. she listened to me, understood my fears and help me understand the real situation with my teeth, the causes for it and the treatment. my treatment lasted a month but Dr Zeba and the other doctors were great. Appointment booking, follow up and checking in on how you are doing post each session made me feel connected. all i can say is you won't be disappointed. while treatment costs do seem expensive, you get 10yr warranty for crowns.

Doctor Deepti did scaling and polishing, followed by teeth whitening and then composite fillings. I was properly told about the problems and the various solutions. All the process was done over 5 sittings and was done very professionally. I am happy with the results. Regarding timings, she is very punctual with the timings and I never waited past my appointment time. I would recommend her.

I got my crown replacement done by Dr. Zeba. She is very professional and gives utmost attention to details to get near perfect results. She keeps your best interest in mind and is friendly so you can feel comfortable with her while being treated. Overall, a very good experience.

i took my 4yr old kid with molar cavity, my experience was little bad, i was referred to him by a dentist, he was not a friendly doctor, my kid was already little scared when i took her but this doctor started shouting at her when she didn't opened her mouth and asked his assistants to forcibly open her mouth, my daughter was literally crying very badly, my little piece of advice first he should do friendship with the kids before starting his procedure

Iwould recommend Dr. Krishnanand and his staff to anyone. I found them via practo search by chance and it turned out to be such a blessing. My elderly mom, who is terrified of dentists, had a tooth ache. They got us in the same day and Dr. Krishnanand and his staff were

compassionate and so patient with her that I had to give him a hug before leaving. This is definitely a great dentist for any one who has a fear of dentists.

I went for the tooth extraction and implant . Procedure was done in 1hour .. Doctor is very friendly and treatment was painless .

Doctor explained me all the steps during the procedure .
