This was our first appointment with Dr. Dole and he immediately put my mom at ease. He was extremely friendly and approachable which helped calm her nerves right away. My mom felt comfortable throughout the consultation.
Dr. Dole patiently and thoroughly examined her shoulder and took the time to clearly explain the issue in a way that was easy to understand. He did not rush the appointment and answered all our questions with care.
My mom came out feeling reassured and confident about her treatment plan and she is happy to visit Dr. Dole again. We truly appreciate his professionalism, compassion and clear communication.
