They detected a polyp in her uterus as per UsG and said she has to intake medicines worth more than 2000 to get her body capable of being pregnant.

On our 2nd visit when I went with my wife and asked questions, Dr Pratibha Chavan refused to give proper explanation of her tests, infact she got irritated and gave mind blowing sarcastic answers on top of that she also got up and left her cabin

After going through of my semen analysis report* ***** ***** *** ****** ************ she told me to get end number of tests for be able to become first time father which I politely refused, they went in shock. Their staffs couldn't say anything more to us.

Dr. Pratibha is a brilliant doctor. She is confident about her subject and knows the line of treatment very well. She knows what she is doing and she wants her patients to follow that. When we met her we found her so confident which really helped us to move forward with her .We are really very glad we met Pratibha ma'am. As she is popular and great doctor that's why there might be some waiting time at her hospital So if you have to wait for her please don't be irritate because after giving some time, in reward you ll get sweetest result in your life. The most important about Dr. Pratibha ma'am, she cares for her patient, and explains everything to them. In our whole journey in all trimester, she supported us ,gave mental support as well. And safely handed over our love of Life our baby Girl in our hands. In simple words, I would love to say she feels for her patients and available for them whenever they need it. I had visited Galaxy Hospital for Early Pregnancy Checkup. My overall experience was not much satisfactory and I found it quite expensive too. Also I would highly recommend that they should train their staff more efficiently as I am not continuing my treatment there just because of there ignorance. On meeting, I mentioned them that I am already having my blood test report to confirm pregnancy but still they asked me to give urine sample for pregnancy confirmation. When I questioned them that my pregnancy is already confirmed then why it is required then they said ok so if you will continue your treatment here then leave it. After 5 minutes they told me that they will perform a sonography to confirm pregnancy. I asked them that I want to meet Dr. first to confirm my line of treatment then I'll go for any further investigation. In between for around half an hour staff kept me sending in and out, here and there for no purpose. Even the staff wasn't sure what they want to do. Then after 45 mins we met with Dr. Pratibha Chavan. Dr. is really very friendly. She took our consultation very nicely and explained things properly. I do not have complaints from her. She suggested some blood investigations and told us that their staff will contact us to explain my reports or further prescription if any. I gave my blood sample and also get my first sonography done. ******** ** ****** ******** ** ** ** ** ***** ** *** ******** ** *** So my first first consultation including all investigations costed my around 7k. Next day staff contacted me to explain my reports and Dr. had prescribed few medicines accordingly to improve calcium and other vitamin deficiency and said they will send the medicines name on my WhatsApp. But I did not receive any message from their side further. I had waited for a day then I contacted to reception to save my details as the were calling me on my husband's mobile no. and asked to send medicines name. Receptionist told me that she'll confirm and then give me a call but still no response from her side. I contacted them twice again and again no response. So, finally after spending a lot of time and money I left with incomplete consultation. And here I also want to mention that they don't provide Dr.'s contact no. So, In any case you have to depend on reception and other staff only.

It was in March that we discovered I was pregnant through a home pregnancy test. Given we are not native to Pune our hunt for a tried and tested gynaec was more functional and less based on recommendations. We searched online and based on testimonials we zeroed in on Pratibha mam. And we were not disappointed in our experience at all. From the first visit she was friendly, warm and more importantly very particular about every aspect of the process.

Each time she explained our scans in detail and guided us for next steps/precautions. Due to some stress after four months a minor spotting issue arose and obviously we were scared. But Pratibha mam went all out to check everything around and also helped us calm down. Given how fast paced our lives are we needed someone who took care of these nine months like a family member. If she used to say “don’t worry” then we knew everything is fine because she would have double checked every aspect.

I went for a planned csection and it went very smoothly. I had no hiccups in surgery or recovery. She has prepared me for every step - pros and cons - and it went exactly as she had explained. I had no surprised along the way and that was very calming for me as well as my husband. We knew what to do or expect.

Additionally the inclinic experience is very good - staff is attentive and very friendly. Dr Divya who takes care of sonography is very involved and exactly how Pratibha mam is super particular about every bit of the exercise.

I recommend Pratibha mam to any and everyone looking for a medical journey without any hiccups and filled with an exceptional support system
