It was in April 2020 during lockdown out of the blue I got an heart attack. As I reside at Salunkhe Vihar Road my family rushed me to Ruby Hall Wanowri, which we reached within 10 minutes or so. The ER personal immediately contacted Dr. Abhay Somani and administered the required emergency treatment.
Within a hour or so I started feeling comfortable again as the sweating stopped, the shoulder and arm pain eased and the tightness in the chest subsided, it seemed things were returning to normal.
After I tested negative for covid (which took 2 days) I was taken for an Angiogram.
Now I must admit my nervousness, as a smoker I was just praying that I don't have to put more than one stent, anyway Dr. Somani calmed me and completed the Angiogram ever so gently and thoroughly, after which he went out and spoke to my Son and Daughter, and here I was with my fingers crossed, praying, only one, only one.
The Doctor returned and told me," Mr. Sheikh you don't need any stents", can you imagine the joy I felt.
Here I wish to express my genuine respect for Dr. Abhay Somani who in these very trying and confusing times has shown such high standards of ethics and competence Thank you Sir.
It's now nearly 10 months and under Dr. Somanis treatment I have resumed all my normal activities excepting smoking ofcourse.
I also thank the staff & Doctors of Ruby Hall Wanowri.

Ugly Experience:
I took my mom for annual health check-up at Ruby Wanowrie and they said ECG is little off + Stress Test is bad. We consulted Dr. Abhay Somani and he said, Angiography is must to identify issue. Post Angiography, he insisted to do Angioplasty with 2 blockages of 95% and 75 %. Surgery went well, he used stent only for 95% blockage and said 2nd 75% will be treated with medicines.
** ** **** ********** ** ****** ********** *** asking patients to visit him every month paying around Rs. 1000 INR for each appointment.
He doesn't even listens to patients complaints or issues, month after month, he continued to provide my mother same prescription repeatedly. ***** ********* **** *** ******* ** ***** **** *** *** ****** *** ************** *** ** ********* **** **** ***** ***** We use to pay around Rs. 7000 INR per month on medicines alone.
