Dr. Nair Mam is very friendly and understand my problems very well. She is helping me to heal from my Past trauma and helping me to learn about myself and also helping me to grab the positive side of myself. She is very understanding. Thinking, the Doctor understands the issue, gets to the root why this is happening through discussion. I visited the other Doctor earlier also. What I like most here is that, doctor understand the root from where it is coming than just recommending you mediation. I will definitely recommend this Doctor if you are looking for the root of your problem.

Ma'am really connects with you well in the first session itself. She understands your situation so well and her homeworks are so relevant that even though they might be challenging you will still do it.

I have completed 5 sessions with her and am in a much better state now than when I started.

I took three counselling sessions with Ms. Reena Nair, but the experience was quite disappointing. The most and foremost thing one seeks or expects in therapy with a counsellor is a genuine connection, *** **** ** ** ***** *** *** **** ** *********. Unfortunately, I did not feel that connection here. Each session was strictly limited to 40 minutes, ******* **** *********** ********* ***** * **** ***** ***** **** ***** **** **** ******* *** **** *********** Sessions were often rescheduled, which made it hard to stay consistent. *** ******* ***** ****** ** ** ** ****** *** ******* ****** **** ********** ************ I genuinely feel my money and time were wasted, and would not recommend her to others.

It was a deeply engaging and safe experience I had during the session. ****** ****** *** ***** ** ******* ** ********** ******** **** **** ********** ** ********** ** ******** She helped my join the dots and see the deep-seated presumptions and subsequently talk about it. Some of the sessions included guided thinking, intensional sound-sleeping, and some homework on applying it over some days. It helped me sleep properly, talk with myself, engage positively, and most importantly to get away from the habit of self-criticism. I feel very good about the counsiling.
