From the first consultation, he explained my injury, the treatment plan, and the recovery process in a clear and reassuring way. The surgery was successful, and throughout my recovery he was always patient, supportive, and available to answer my questions.

Thanks to his expertise and the guidance on rehabilitation, my knee has become much stronger, and I'm gradually returning to my normal activities with confidence. The hospital staff were also caring and professional throughout my treatment.

I experienced confusion and disturbance due to conflicting information about the doctor's presence at the hospital. Although I did see the doctor, the initial uncertainty and noise at the reception caused frustration. Overall, the experience was unsettling and not smooth.
