I initially visited the clinic because of a cavity. Instead of immediately suggesting a root canal, Dr. Ratnika carefully examined my tooth and explained that since the nerve was not exposed, it could be treated with a simple filling. Her honest and ethical approach really stood out. The filling procedure was done very smoothly, comfortably, and with ***** precision, restoring my tooth perfectly.

The most special part of my treatment was my smile correction. I had always felt a little conscious about my smile because of gaps in my side teeth and a small uneven tooth that affected the overall look of my smile. A very clinical Dental Clinic

I happened to visit Dr. Ratnika's Smile Up dental clinic based on a reference from a office friend who has also got his treatment done here.

I have undergone 3 RCT and 3 caps and couple of fillings. Overall, I would rate this clinic as very good for the following.

Their accommodativeness - timings of appointments, intimations/reminder calls for appointments, punctuality (They try to ensure that the time that is given to you is sacrosanct and don't have a line of patients waiting to be seen and so you don't have to wait more than 15 minutes).

Also during the final capping, they made sure all adjustments are done properly and their is no void at all. This, by-far is the main thing. You may get someone who will do a decent job 80% times but I would rather that I am taken care-of 100% times - particularly where tooth is considered.

They are straight-foward in letting you know what is needed and if there are new discoveries they will let you know as soon as they see (In my case, a cavity was identified when they had completed RCT to the adjacent and were cutting it for cap.

You do get better rates than Viman-Nagar, Kalyani Nagar and KP.

I got my tooth extracted here. Dr. Ratnika was very patient, calm and smiling throughout the procedure whether it was consultation, explanation, or the actual extraction, she did it very nicely. She is never in a hurry and gives ample time to the patient. The clinic is equipped with all the modern instruments. Dr. Ratnika doesn't let patient worry at all. She is very confident.
