Today, I had visited Dr. Pradeep with very congested face with acne vulgaris. She helped me understand the problem and gave me a regime to follow. Since I have a wedding to attend in the next 7-8 days, I requested for something that would give some instant results to bring glow to my face. She suggested hydrafacial and I got it done. I am so happy with the results I have gotten. I have been visiting both the doctors for almost four years now and they always bring a smile to my face.

They gave us some hair care products and medicine which were very expensive. But I didn't think the money was gone, * **** ***** *** ********** *** **** **** ********* *** we went back. After taking the complaint, they advised us to not to use the first medicine and product and gave different products.So far there has been no problem. But I refused to pay the opd charges since we went back to tell them **** ******* ** ********* But they told us to pay otherwise the prescription and products would be withdrawn from us.

I would definetely not recommend Dr. Nitin for below reasons.

1. It was my first appointment on 2/2/2024 at 7:00 pm and doctor attended me at 8:25 pm that too after lots of arguments with staff. No mangement, no schedule. Staff sends anyone randomly in cubicle.

2. Secondly, they have lots of junior doctors who attend the patients and Dr. Nitin just attend the patient hardly for a minute, and for which he charge consultation of 700 bucks.

Doctor said to me to consult again after 7 days, but mentioned medicines for 40 days... Medical representative was like, we can't give medicine for 7 days as doctor mentioned for 40 Days, you have to buy and that to for 5300 rupees. **** * ********* **** ****

I would not suggest to go to this clinic.
