When you visit them, you can expect to get a perfect understanding of the issue that you're going through and the steps that you will need to follow to cure it. Today, I had visited Dr. Pradeep with very congested face with acne vulgaris. She helped me understand the problem and gave me a regime to follow. Since I have a wedding to attend in the next 7-8 days, I requested for something that would give some instant results to bring glow to my face. She suggested hydrafacial and I got it done. I am so happy with the results I have gotten. I have been visiting both the doctors for almost four years now and they always bring a smile to my face.

Strongly not recommend this doctor. They gave us some hair care products and medicine which were very expensive. But I didn't think the money was gone, * **** ***** *** ********** *** **** **** ********* *** we went back. After taking the complaint, they advised us to not to use the first medicine and product and gave different products.So far there has been no problem. But I refused to pay the opd charges since we went back to tell them **** ******* ** ********* But they told us to pay otherwise the prescription and products would be withdrawn from us.

The doctor when met the first time for herpes zoster she was ok with her behaviour.... She prescribed certain medicines, so I have taken those.

But after sometime when I felt little uncomfortable I tried reaching her, her resident doctor said she is busy and she will make me speak to her after some time. We waited and her resident doctor called us after 30 mins and started to giving not so convincing answers to my questions. When I requested that can I speak to the main doctor, she said no talk to me about the issue.

I have never seen this sort of unprofessional response from such a doctor when she knows **** **** ** *** * ***** ******* *** *** ****** *** I am not feeling good.

Nevertheless my husband tried explaining to her resident doctor that we need to speak to the main doctor Ms. Pradeep Kumari... Then after a long time she came on the call and asking me to discontinue the medicine rather than giving solutions. Also, she told me that my husband threatened her resident doctor where as my husband spoke so nicely to her in front of me.

I am visiting this doctor for past 4 months. She has a lot of intern staff and they treat the patient. They only give final report to the doctor which then gives her 5 mins to you, prescribe some medicine. Even the dosage of medicine is explained by her intern.
