Doctor listens carefully and suggests customized diet plan for individual. I lost 3kg in one month without any medication, only following diet plan and exercise as suggested. She is amazing, listens to all my queries, prepares a diet plan which is very easy to follow. She provides a lott of options to eat, I don't get bore following the diet. Top of that she even provides healthy excercise sets which could be easily followed.
