I recently visited Dr. Pooja Nande for a cervico-scapular strain in my neck and trapezius muscle. From start to finish, my experience with her was wonderful. i had Spondylitis pain a lot and it was unbearable, i had called Dr. Pooja as her name came on google when i searched for physiotherapy and i read the reviews and i decided i will go to her only but couldn't get appointment and i went somewhere else but i didn't like the treatment there and next day Dr. Pooja called me and said to come and trust me since then i have been a regular patient of hers cos she treated my spondylitis pain and gave me so many tips to follow and take care of it which no other physiotherapist ever told me. my spondylitis hump behind the neck has reduced a lot and one thing which i really liked about her is that she doesn't extend the time for treatment if not needed to earn more like other doctors do. once you are okay she will gradually reduce the time for treatment and ask you to do exercises and trust me it gets better. she is very bubbly full of life so if you are down with all the pain , its a energy booster to talk to her. i would strongly recommend her and i want to thank her so making me better.
