Hi I am suffering posture issue since long and pain because of it. I had continous pain in shoulder, neck and back. I have completed my advanced therapy and it helped me a lot.Most important is, I don't have pain irritation now due to regular excercise and now better mood because of regular excercise. I have learn't that sustaining excercise for longer period is very important otherwise, there is no point to do for short period.Dr. Roshini helped a lot in this therapy. I am very thankful to her. Keept me motivated and guided all through the basic to advanced seassion. I got to know the importance of physiotherapy, sitting posture and regular breaks and walk.Thank you so much !!

The docs were rigid about there methodology. I do understand but patient cant go for a therapy package just because he is in need. the treatment should be little flexible so that common people can afford it.

I wanted an ultra sound or its equivalent but i was asked to take 21 day package, I know it may be for my benifit but i cant take a package in one go. how about a series of session daily and there after look at the effect and requirment and then packages should be alloted.
