It was the bad experience. I booked an appointment from practo on 24th Feb and got an appointment of 7:15 pm. I reached to the clinic at 7:00 pm only and the lady who was sitting there told me that I have to wait half n hour because there are many patients lined up. Then after 1 hour I asked that lady when my number will come she said mam wait for half n hour then at 9 : 00 pm my number came after 2 hours of waiting. When i enter the doctor cabin he moved out for 20 min. They don't know the vue of time. After diagnosis and everything they told me to go through multiple test without informing the rate a d everything and after everything when payment time came they asked for 4000 rs they didn't give any bill any proof just took 4000. And that girl was laughing and laughing and said mam practo se appointment mat kiya kriye aisiei time lagega and started laughing. I came back at 10.30 after 4 hours. It was my first nad last experience with kush neuro hub.

Management is very very poor they don't know the value of time and money.

1st Visit: Doctor did the initial checkup and asked to get some tests done and after which asked to send the reports on his WhatsApp to which did but didn't reply to it for a week and instead asked to visit him in the clinic.

2nd: Doctor didn't see the reports properly and didn't tell what is the cause of the issue and what is the remedy. Just asked to take the previous prescibed medicine which was of no use.

Loss of money and time. Bad experience. Disappointed to the service catered.

don't know about doctor as interaction was too short and won't comment but wait time of over 1 hr due to emergency is understood but then very quick diagnosis and medication pending for more than 24 hrs is questionable on Practo advice maybe better personally.***** ****** **** ****** *** ** ****** *** **** **** ************* ************.

He quickly could diagnose the problem of my father and immediately started the process of the relevant tests followed by the treatment even on a holiday at late night. Even though the brain condition of my father was very complex but he treated my father with medications which improved his dementia and he could go back to home in 2 weeks.

I have excellent experience with Bhushan sir. In 2021 I had brain stroke. He treated timely and very well in emergency. I could get strength in a week without loss of any capability. He listens patiently and explains problem very well. I am very thankful and recommend to visit Bhushan sir if having neuro problems.

I was suffering from GBS and DR Kunal was able to diagnose it by just looking at my health condition. He immediately suggested what needs to be done that helped to stop the spreading of the disease. it took me almost 6 months to recover fully and the same was told to be by DR kunal based on his experience in the start.

He values the patients time and went out of his way to call and intimate well in advance that he will be 15 mins late,which is really appreciable and tells about his outlook towards his patients .

Had taken an appointment thru Practo app. I got the on time consultation, no delay at all. He explained the problem really well. He and his staff really very friendly, I did not face any difficulty. Hospital is located at good location with ample car parking and has in house lab test and medical facility.

Dr. Nirali helped me with left shoulder pain and knee pain. Acc. to her advice, I followed the exercises for 3-4 times daily and got cured in 4 months. I was taking regular medications and doing regular exercises along with that. I keep recommending Dr. Nirali Patel to my relatives and friends who might have similar problems, as she keeps on with her patients with nice communication skills.

We are totally satisfied about the treatment given to our daughter. We found that the doctors level of understanding the patient even from remote location is exceptionally superb. He listens and extends prompt advice. We have a message for the patients having similar problems that we should follow doctors advice in true spirit and do not get panicked. We are thankful to the Practo app platform also through which we could get access to a wonderful doctor like Dr Kunal Jadhav.
