Mrs. Neelam is a very kind hearted person who has always helped us for so many of our child's health related issues. She has handled our baby with utmost care and provided correct consultation. We have been consulting her for past 1 year and are thankful to her for all her support. We have never seen any doctor going an extra mile to ensure that the baby received right treatment on time. She is in a hurry to end the call and even without confirmation she just end the call. She is not at all welcoming and not a joyful doctor. She does not checked the reports which we have shared and was asking us only.

Dear parent, First of all, it was a video consultation for newborn jaundice, you had not visited the clinic. All the reports were seen. Because video call n seeing report can not go together on call hence were asked which were all normal. I had ended the call only after confirmation from baby's mother.
