Dr. Rahul Patil replied

Dear Chetan, first of all when the online consultation was done, you were not present. You directly asked me to call the patient on her private number and talk to her. You were not at all present at the time of video call. Second I had a detailed talk with the patient and explained to her about the diagnosis and treatment and also the type of surgery and why it was needed. She later told me that she has been advised by the same from an AIIMS institute neurosurgeon, but wanted a second opinion on it .then I gave a presentation as per the name and age told by patient herself. Then the next day you started text messaging me and asking the same details. On which I told you to ask the same to your patient. Also as per doctor -patient relationship, I can't disclose patient medical details with anyone else without my patients written permission. As you were not present at the time of the first consultation and I spoke to the patient from a different number I restricted myself from disclosing the details with you. Also NOT POSSIBLE to explain MRI images and SURGERY in text message.

I recommend the doctor

I was suffering from recurring daily headaches for over 2 weeks. On visiting the doctor, he heard me out completely. He diagnosed my issue pretty well. He gave me enough time to explain the causes and remedies apart than subscribing medicines. Thankfully, I recovered well.

When I later called to ask a simple question about how to take the prescribed tablet, the doctor responded rudely, ****** ** *** *** ********* ***** *** refused to help. I did not expect this kind of behavior after paying consultation fees. I would not recommend this doctor.
