As parents of a young child, we were devastated to hear when Ortho & Neurologist diagnosed her with major muscular issues based on her symptoms.

Background about my kid's issue : Few months back, my kid developed a bit of gait walk. We did not notice much in the early days but gradually was quite visible. She was struggling to get up from the floor without support, unable to climb even few stairs and most heartbreaking was that she was struggling to walk with tilt.

Ortho and Neuro diagnosed her with major muscular issues and asked us to get her blood work, EMG and MRI scan done. All come out fine except for a small observation in the EMG.

Since her Vitamin D and Calcium levels were low, she was given supplements and we were asked to her get some physio work done to improve her muscular strength. Neuro asked us to do a follow up in a month's time to see her improvements and if not much of a progress , she will need to undergo muscle biopsy.

As parents we were extremely saddened but continued with the treatment plan given by the Neuro.

When we first visited Dr.Priyanka, quickly we noticed how professional she was. She took a lot of time to fully understand my kid's diagnosis, her past health life style and also how pandemic has reduced her overall physical well being.

She did thorough investigation of my kid's muscles. She gave us good emotional support and was extremely friendly with my kid and devised a plan on how to take her therapy forward.

Like a miracle, her treatment helped my kid RECOVER 70% WITHIN 5 DAYS !! Over the next 3 weeks she progressively increased the effort and pushed my kid to take up more strenuous exercises. Like magic, my kid recovered close to 90% before our next visit to the Neuro.

Neuro was genuinely and pleasantly surprised by her recovery. He asked us to continue the physio session and meet him in next 3 months.

I'm glad to say that my kid is now in the BEST SHAPE OF HER ENTIRE LIFE. She is seems reborn and sincerely takes up physical activities with a lot of joy.

I had suffered a minor shoulder injury while doing bench press and had been carrying on 8-9 months old shoulder pain. I had consulted 3 different ortho specialists for my problem but none of them correctly diagnosed it, one had suggested to take PRP (Platelet-rich plasma Therapy) or steroid inj and the other two advised me to restrict the movement of hand (with strictly no overhead activity). I opted the 2nd opinion and restricted my hand movements which ultimately resulted in frozen shoulder with severe pain and loss of strength. After seeing the review on practo I consulted Dr Priyanka with all my previous prescriptions incl MRI report, she quickly analyzed my problem and promised me that she will set right my shoulder within 10-15 days. Surprisingly after first 3-4 sessions only I realized that the range of motion of my hand has improved to the great extent. I landed with Dr. Priyanka with multiple issues like lower back pain, calf muscle cramp and thigh pain. I am from bangalore and I had few sessions with other physios in bangalore for the same issue but it was not diagnosed well, however with treatment with other physios in bangalore I managed to start my vacation to Pune. After reaching pune i started to experience unbearable back ache and my calf muscle was swollen and cramping. I visited Dr. Priyanka with these issues and in first sitting only she identified the issue and told me I have SI joint issues and that needs to be unlocked. She started treatment for the lower back, calf muscle cramp along with SI joint unlocking.

I took 5 sessions where she explained the issue very well and helped me to do exercise in the clinic.

I had a near-death family car accident, had 5 days of coma, and had a left arm fracture. Due to different difficult circumstances, I could not begin with immediate good physiotherapy. There were some Chiropractors who had convinced me that my spine and pelvic bone has shifted and I should be focusing on aligning that rather than focusing on my fractured arm.
