Dr Soumya's Physiotherapy & Rehab, Wakad

I had a pain in my right shoulder and back, it was very bad and severe for me. I visited her with with literally tears for my pain and irritation. I had been taking treatment for my pain for almost four months prior coming to her from a different physiotherapist. After meeting her, she examined me and told me not to worry at all and I will heal you completely. The moment she said these words I was almost healed mentally first and then off course my physical healing also started. She gave me few instructions which I had to follow during my sessions. I took almost 21 data to get healed. But it was worth spending the money and my time and energy. She also asked to get done vit D and B12 blood test, after going through my reports she gave me vit D tablets and that helped my recovery to happen faster. She is well versed with the terms, the sickness or the medically given treatments for the patients. Her confidence in her treatment gives confidence to the patient to heal. And I would say, she prices herself right by healing me. Now I have to take care of my posture, my routine and my exerciseexercise, which is important for every individual to live a healthy life. I would highly recommend to my friends or anyone who needs help in this kind of pain or any issues related to physiotherapy.

Truly, Dr. Soumya has a magical hand & practice, helped me to overcome from my year long back pain. Initially, I was hesitant to try out some physiotherapy as an alternate treatment where my orthopedic doctor already suggested to go for surgery followed with a three months bed rest. During my close family discussions, somehow, I got Dr. Soumya’s reference and thought of giving a try rather than going under knife. Yes, my experiment came out true and am perfectly fine after 6 weeks of consistent effort of entire staff to make me pain free. Touch hood, after this treatment, I consulted my Otho Surgeon, who was amazed after seeing my recovery. Well, feeling good and happy to recommend others to take a trial and become pain free without any surgery. Things need to appreciate about the Dr, staff and clinic etc… are about their professionalism, expertise in the subject and perseverance on the treatment. Of course, in this testing times, they strictly adhere COVID -19 protocols like prior appointment, dedicated time slot, zero-minute waiting, Sanitization pre & post treatment after every patient, staff wearing mask and so on.

****** *** ** *** **** *************** * i can recall these days my family life was totally distrubed. My was has heavy pain on her Back and neck . We visited 2-3 orthopedic and taken medicine . Tried Aurvedic treatment but no lock . I do not even explain how her life before visiting Dr. Soumyas Wakad clinic . My uncle was suffering from Frozen shoulder , if fact he is Civil Engineer He was not able to move his hand. We were advised to contact Dr. Soumya. The first thing I noticed was the positive approach. During treatment she made it sure that she was there with him to observe the progress and she was continuously talking with him to get to know whether he was comfortable or facing any problem. She suggested the exercises and she made it a point that every day she was making him do them in front of her. Luckily very soon my uncle could move his hand. The pain was much reduced while moving the hand. I would surely recommend her treatment, ThankS dr. Soumya and Team. Covid protocal followed properly.

I suffer from Ankylosing Spondylitis. Since a few years I had issue with stability while standing. I had severe back pain in with both Lordosis and Kyphosis.

I am happy that doctor understands my issue and showed various lifestyle changes as well as exercises for the treatment. After 25 days I am satisfied by the treatment and able to walk properly and pain has almost subsided.

A few points I would mention to improve in future is to find some way to prescribe exercises such that the patient does not have to remember it while leaving the clinic. Some exercise chart or some rough layout would help.

had sever head rolling, dizziness, tingling, vertigo ,neck pain and back pain for almost 3 years. It happened due to an injury caused in lockdown because of which I was not able to stand for a long time and not even walk for more than 5 mins.For this in last 3 years I visit Renowned doctors in Pune..but no result found.. from Google reviews I found Dr Soumya's physiotherapy and Rehab clinic .

visited Dr Soumya 2 weeks ago to treat my tennis elbow. She examined my case deeply to understand and find exact trigger for this ortho situation. am old patient of dr soumya...now I have came here for my Avn ( A vascular necrosis)case... I have grade 3 Avn..many orthopaedic suggest me for surgery but I don't do... really Dr soumya is god for me... The first day to the last day she hopes me lot... In my reference One of my friend have post oral cancer surgery. She also came here..after cancer surgery her speech is zero, neck and shoulder movement is zero... My mom was suffering from slip disc since 1 year, and she had stifness and pain in her both legs.We visited Dr. Soumya's physiotherapy & Rehab (Wakad) and doctor Soumya guided us about physiotherapy and exercises.We did 15 days of physiotherapy and now my mom is feeling completely better.
