If Google had more than 5 stars to evaluate, she would deserve them all. I consider myself fortunate that I had her with me throughout my entire pregnancy experience. She is one of the most amazing and knowledgeable doctor in her field and guides you well with the treatment and course. She totally went out of her way to help me with my pregnancy complication considering for me it was a high risk pregnancy. She was just amazing to make me feel at ease with post pre and post pregnancy treatment. Today, when I see my baby smiling, my heart is filled with gratitude and thanks for her. I cannot thank her enough for her efforts to ease out things for me (be it rushing at 10:00 pm at night to the hospital for my emergency pregnancy complication). Also, She gave me the much needed confidence to go through the difficult phase as I was alone, husband being a on duty Navy Official. She has immense knowledge of her field and is the best gynaecologist to consider.

I recently had a consultation with Dr. Sushma, and I can wholeheartedly say I felt truly cared for during one of the most difficult moments of my life. I was diagnosed with a missed miscarriage — something I had never heard of before — but Dr. Sushma patiently explained everything to me with clarity and deep compassion.

Even before the scan confirmed the outcome, she did everything possible to protect the pregnancy. She recommended good and supportive treatment. Did not flood us with too many medicines. Just the necessary ones. She administered an oil-based injection herself, warning me it would hurt — but the way she gave it, I barely felt a prick. That level of care, both medically and emotionally, really stayed with me.

What meant the most was how she never rushed through the consultation. She listened without interruption, answered all our questions, and gently reminded me that the loss wasn’t my fault — just nature’s way of ending a non-viable pregnancy. She treated me not just as a patient, but as a human being experiencing grief, and encouraged me to take my time to process the loss, just like a friend would.

I had been worried about finding the right doctor, but after meeting her, I know I’ll continue with her for all future consultations.
