Dr. Nambiar's Advanced Ayurvedic Remedy

I had been facing digestion related issues for many years due to the nature of the work. I tried allopathy and also ayurvedic treatments in Mumbai and Pune but it gave temporary relief. However, last year the issue got more worse and I started feeling bloating, gastric and acid reflux issues . Even started facing constipation. issues a lot . I again tried Allopathy and Ayurvedic medicine but it gave temporary relief. Later, after a lot of research , I visited Dr . Nambiar and provided him all the background about my health issues. Along with the medicines he also suggested me the diet plan and requested it to follow for 5-6 months as medical history was too long. After 3-4 months , I got 10-15 % relief and I thought Ayurveda treatment is not sufficient. But then, as I continued, later 5-6 month s, I started getting satisfactory results. Now almost a year, almost 60-70% relief form the issues I faced earlier. I am strictly following the diet plan and also continuing the medicines .

My Name is Varsha. Since 2012, I was suffering from AVN (Avascular Necrosis) of Hip joint. I was un-able to walk straight and there was severe pain on my hip joint and spine.
