Hello Respected Madam. I have checked up records. You visited & consulted me on 16 August 2019, more than 8 months back for your this problem & paid fee but after that you have consulted me on 17th August 2019 on whatsapp. Again you consulted me in March 2020 on whatsapp for which again I have not demanded any Fee. So, I wonder how Physician cost could be high. If you had taken your problem seriously, you should have visited again or at least spoken to me rather than writing this kind of remark. If a patient has not responded in one visit, there may be other reasons, one of which is compliance by patient himself. Besides, I have not missed your call, not even a single call from anyone for that matter. If for any reason , a call is missed, I ring back. I am trying to help people even without taking any fee while myself incurring huge loss due to payment of rent, paying the staff & other expenses with very little income. I am trying to continue practice through telemedicine as per existing instructions either through telephone or video call. I have treated so many through telemedicine. It does have a limitation as I cannot examine but I have been giving liberty to patients that if problem cannot be solved by video call I can come to the Clinic. In the worst case scenario I advise to see a particular specialist in a hospital but never leave the patient in a lurch. I am an Army Veteran & do everything sincerely & honestly. This is considered to be a very serious allegation. I have been attending all unknown calls for the reason that it could be by a patient. I have not fixed any timings so that the patient can consult any time. I am deeply hurt & feel that in these hard times everyone should act maturely. You are at a liberty to still call me up & let me know when did I not attend your call. I do not delete call history by the way.
