DTH, Doctor to Home, a new concept in medical services. It is a service which was developed by considering the needs and requirements of today’s lifestyle in Pune. Busy with day-to-day lives, stress and extremity of the traffic in Pune city, DTH founder Dr. Chandrakant Kanase came up with an ultimatum, to serve people the way they need i.e. at their homes. DTH service concentrates on serving people ethically and with the best available medical knowledge and skills and most importantly at one’s convenience. It is well said that any disease can be cured well at one’s familiar environment, i.e. Home. DTH emphasizes on the same and serves people at their home. This is a new concept in Pune and till date, we have received the positive response from the people.Though founded in 2015, doctors working with DTH have experience of more than 20 years. Founder Dr. Chandrakant Kanase (MD Medicine) and Dr. Saraswati Kanase (MBBS DGO), who served people since 1986 with their immense knowledge, expertise, and skills now concentrate on penetrating ethical and skillful medical services in Pune. DTH pursue the mission to give most ethical and scientific service to its patients with smiling faces. My experience with ma'am has been awesome. She is very friendly and polite. She answered all our queries patiently. She is never in a hurry. Doesn't prescribe uneccesaary medications and tests. I had to travel in my second trimester and she made sure that l face no issues pre and post travel. I had a c section delivery though she tried her best for normal delivery. I can't thank her enough for taking so much care and bringing our little angel into this world. Stay as you are ma'am. Mau you get all that you wish for. All the best for your future endeavors.

Visited DR Chandrakant Kanse SIR in March 2022 when i had Hb1AC around 8.6 %.
Under his treatment now my Hb1AC is 5.5 %
Within a period of 11 months by Sir's treatment with minimum medicine and helpful exercise i could lower my Hb1AC.
