I took consultation from Janhavi mam for weight loss and Migraine issues. I must say, it was a miraculous journey. Within just 3 months, I lost 10kg weight and also get rid of Migraine, which I thought I never would be!

Before her consultation, I was not aware about what diet was, what are it's benefits, etc? But, mam explained me everything and cleared all my doubts. Me and my wife both were overweight, so we consulted Janhavi madam for this problem. She listens to our daily routine, food habits and then create diet plan accordingly, so it makes easy to follow diet with your daily routine. While creating diet plan she makes sure that your stomach should not remain empty. The diet changes every 3 weeks or so incase you are bored of usual diet plan. Also she keeps you motivating and takes a follow up on exercise your are doing and diet you are taking. Now I have reduced my weight by almost 12 kgs and my wife has reduced her weight by 7 kgs in 3 months. Very satisfied with the results and consultation. The reason why I recommend her, is because she believes in dieting while not keeping the stomach empty. Her diet plans are customized as per your lifestyle. Unlike other dietitians, she is not strict, however her follow ups could be. She give ample amount of time for each patient while consulting. The best part is, the diet changes after every 2 weeks, incase, you are bored of the usual diet plan. I was on 71.4 and now reached 61.6 recently by following her plans and exercising regularly. My target weight is 55 kg and will be achieving the same soon.
