An unpredicted journey of 10 kg weight loss was amazing.

I didn't stared by my own but under peer pressure it began.

As an 18 years old teen I was fascinated towards food. Actually I am a foodie. I love eating junk food.

I started gaining weight rapidly. I knew that it's not a good thing but can't get rid of my habit.

Because of this tremendous weight gain I started suffering from problems of irregular menses, tiredness, etc.

It was an epiphany while trying on dresses I loved to wear that pushed me to lose weight.

One fine day while searching for a dietitian on google I got to know about " Balanced Diet Clinic, Pune" Dr. Swapnaja mam. I consulted her and the journey started.

I had lost 10 kgs in about 3 months which once seemed impossible for me to do.

But it turned into reality working with her.

Her warm and confident approach on my initial chart made me feel confident enough to take plunge and face challenges. She was brilliant. Her approach was very personal and coming out of every session I felt like I had new tools to face my issues.

I was nervous about making changes but she helped me work through these very skillfully and positively.

After some days of this journey I actually started enjoying loosing weight.

Quite honestly I felt like a different person because of the way she has helped me to feel more free around food and eating.

With every session passing on I felt motivated and happy.
