My left ear was draining yellow fluid and when I went to my family doctor he diagnosed an eardrum rupture. I got reference from Practo and booked an in-clinic appointment. The wait time was less as I booked appointment in advance. Dr. Ajinkya checked both the ears and cleaned the left ear in order to analyze the rupture. He explained that the perforation is not a huge one and that it should heal on its own. He prescribed ear drops, tablets, a nasal spray (when I complained of having recurring cold) during my subsequent visits and within a span of 3.5 months my eardrum was completely healed. Dr. Ajinkya does not prescribe any unnecessary medications and procedures and unlike other majority of doctors in Pune, who've made medical treatments a moneymaking game, Dr. Ajinkya definitely stands out. I would really recommend this doctor for all your ear, nose and throat ailments.
