I have been visiting Dr. Nirjhara Wagh for since a few months for weekly or biweekly appointments. Dr Nirjhara is an amazing doctor. In every appointment she gives a lot of space to speak up about your issues. The patience with which she listens and the clarity with which she elaborates the issues is fantastic.

Counselling can be an extensive process. It requires the patient to build trust with the doctor. Dr Nirjhara's response in the first few sessions helped me build that trust in the process. The journey since then has been amazing. She pushed me in the right direction to constructively work on my issues. I have improved a lot.

When I came in, I had excessive anxiety, mental health issues etc, after a traumatic experience. After therapy, I have developed mechanisms to handle it. And I am very sure I would be able to get over all my issues with counselling from Dr Nirjhara.

Also, against general belief Dr Nirjhara charges a nominal amount and provides a lot of value.

Trust therapy and surely check with Dr Nirjhara.

I visited Dr. Nirjhara For my anxiety issues. This was my first time visiting a therapist and I had no idea if it would help me in any way as I had lost all hopes.

But Dr Nirjhara helped me in more ways than i would have ever thought. When I talk to her, I feel like I am talking with a friend. It is very easy to share things with her. She is very non judgemental, very calm and patient with her patients. Since first visit itself I started seeing major positive changes in myself. I would definitely recommend everyone to visit Dr Nirjhara.

2 months ago I met Dr. Nirjhara. At that time I was suffering with some emotional crisis. I got in contact with her through one of my family friends. Initially in first few sessions she spoke with my family and friends about the problems which I am experiencing. After identifying the problem she asigned me with some assignments to observe the pattern of my stress and anxiety level. Later she helped me in dealing with those problems with a positive aspect. Her counselling is helping me alot in leaving behind all the unnecessary things I was dealing with. I really thank her for making herself available every week, for listening to my problems patiently, for not judging me and finally helping me to heal from past emotional traumas.

I was suffering from anxiety but was completely clueless as to why and how did this happened to me. Dr Nirjhara was very patient and explained in the very basic way as to what anxiety was, it's symptoms . With every counselling session I just kept on getting better. Her approach is very practical and is with proper reasoning , not something that is laid the same way for every person.

She never hurried in with the sessions. She is too good at her work
