I have been visiting Dr. Nirjhara Wagh for since a few months for weekly or biweekly appointments. Dr Nirjhara is an amazing doctor. In every appointment she gives a lot of space to speak up about your issues. The patience with which she listens and the clarity with which she elaborates the issues is fantastic.

Counselling can be an extensive process. It requires the patient to build trust with the doctor. Dr Nirjhara's response in the first few sessions helped me build that trust in the process. The journey since then has been amazing. She pushed me in the right direction to constructively work on my issues. I have improved a lot.

When I came in, I had excessive anxiety, mental health issues etc, after a traumatic experience. After therapy, I have developed mechanisms to handle it. And I am very sure I would be able to get over all my issues with counselling from Dr Nirjhara.

Also, against general belief Dr Nirjhara charges a nominal amount and provides a lot of value.

Trust therapy and surely check with Dr Nirjhara.

Nijhara and I live in different cities.. my close friend recommended her for PCOD treatment.. My consultation was on phone about 1 hour conversation with online payment, medication was sent by courier within 2 days. Best decision of my life.. within 3 months I had noticed the difference in my health and positive results were noticed. She truely understands and manages to keep the patience for the entire conversation and problems I was going through being discussed in detail. I had completely faith the way she provided service. Very unique thing I observed she didnot leave me after my medication was provided. I had completed a month and recieved call from her to know the progress on the treatment. Always happy to recommend her to friends and family.

I was suffering from anxiety but was completely clueless as to why and how did this happened to me. Dr Nirjhara was very patient and explained in the very basic way as to what anxiety was, it's symptoms . With every counselling session I just kept on getting better. Her approach is very practical and is with proper reasoning , not something that is laid the same way for every person.

She never hurried in with the sessions. She is too good at her work

She’s a very patient doctor who lets you express properly by asking the right questions. She’s also excellent when it comes to her diagnosis related to your state of problems and believes in coming to the root cause of it and then helping you cope completely. I’m someone with anxiety and overthinking who has been to a different counsellor before but it didn’t really work out but with Dr Nirjhara I’ve completed just 4-5 sessions and I’m feeling so much better. The best part is that she’s always pushing you to the positive side and helps you help yourself better instead of just telling you what is right and what isn’t! I’d recommend her to everyone.
