I first went on February 21 and got an eye prescription. The problem with a lot of doctors is that we book an appointment for a specific doctor and some junior doctor does the major work like finding the eye power and same happened in this one. A junior doctor whose qualification I don't know found my eye power *** * *** *** ** *** ********* **** *** **** *** ** ***

Then I got the lenses, after wearing those lenses I was getting a lot of headache and my right eye was paining a lot, this was not happening with my previous specs. After 7 PM every day my head was paining a lot, I seriously at 7 disprins for 7 days, it was unbearable.

I went to the hospital again *** **** **** * ********** *** *** * ******** ** ***** So the junior doctor or intern whoever it is checked my lenses and said they are correctly made and there is no problem in them, also your number is same which we wrote. Then the doctor spoke to me and started defending herself that the number is same and there is some problem with the lens maker, I said just now your people said they are okay and now you are saying there is a problem. Then I sat outside for a while, a random person pops up and says we need to dilate your eye, you will not be able to drive back home, I definitely said no as I didn't trust them.

Then I went in again and asked do we need to dilate, the doctor says no we don't we will give drops. **** *** ** **** ******** ***** ******* *** **** ** ** ****** **** **** *** ***** ***** ** *** *******

Now I come to the reception desk to collect the drops she says I have to pay 1000 bucks. I said are you charging me consultation again? The previous consultation didn't work that's why I am here she said you booked on Practo that's why you have to pay, I said I didn't pay on Practo I just booked it there. She says no you have to pay.

1. So first you gave a prescription **** ****** **** and charged me 500.

2. Then the Dr. blamed it on the lens maker *** *** *** *** *** ****

3. Then a person asks to dilate my eye with the drops in his hand, I say no. The doctor later says we are not planning to dilate. I wonder what would have happened if I said yes😂

4. They charge me 500 again *** ***** ********

Now, I am left with a faulty pair of specs that cost me 2500, 2000 rupees credit card bill for the consultation and drops, and completely wasted my time. Lot of headaches and eye pain. **** ******* **** ******** ***** ******* *********

We visited Aaradhya Netra laya for the first time and we found the Dr. Couple very humble and polite.The process of cataract surgery was explained very nicely which boosted the confidence of my mother.The staff too are very good.They give an appointment and stick to the timings, so we don't have to wait for long.The staff guided us during pre and post surgery.They helped us with the insurance process so everything was very smooth and easy for us.They also take care of follow up visits.In short Aaradhya Netra laya is excellent and highly recommended.Wish you all the good luck for your future

Doctor extremely understanding * ************** Clinic had a pleasant ambience. Doctor treats the patients with patience.

However already 2 days before online booking throgh practo, still was treated as a walkin patient with 1 hr wait time. No purpose of advance appointment.

I have a very good experiance with doctor couple for my mother's cataract surgery.They explained it very well. The staff is very good and courteous. Doctor madam is very soft spoken and courteous.Billing and all was smooth for surgery. Highly recommend the doctor. Covid protocols also were nicely followed. Thank you.
