Have been visiting 32 Smiles since the last Couple of Years , and must say every visit @ Clinic Dr. Milind has been persistently involved in the Clinical Process of Evolution & Up gradation with the latest of Clinical Systems and Instrumentations ( ,3 D Scanning , Dental CBCT ) this gives you a slice of Tranquillity that your Smile ( 32 teeth ) are in Absolute Safe Hands .

The Hygiene & Saftey Global Protocols were always there at 32 Smiles , but Pertinent to say during this Pandemic environment , the Quintessential Clinical Safety & Hygiene Standards ( Autoclave Sterilization , Hepa Ionisers ...etc ) kept me more relaxed.

I did complete 2 sittings this month 1 for RC and Extraction , & both procedures were very Immaculately carried out , RC was Flawless and Smooth , extraction happened with a blink of the eye.

The Back End and Front Desk Staff are well trained with their Courteous Smiles and their Happy Morning / Afternoon Greets , makes a patient feel Wanted & not to mention the Convalescent tele. calls you get the next day these calls evince that 32 Smile Care for their patients well being and recovery.....

Suggestion : Specially during this pandemic atmosphere if the number of sittings could be shortened , like their were / are suppose to be 5 sittings , 2 for RC ,2 For the Cap , 1 for Extraction , on my request and the staff did oblige , the extraction was carried out with the 2 sitting of RC , that saved 1 additional sitting . In a similar way I presume that for the Cap 2 sittings would be required , my suggestion was if the preliminary examination for the Cap could have been carried out along with the 2nd sitting of RC.

She not only saved teeth that other clinics said I'd have to remove, but she also provided me a treatment that has kept those teeth and my smile for the rest of my life.

I should also mention that she only had a limited amount of time to treat me because of the short time frame in which I had to travel abroad.

Dr Milind Darda came across as a very warm , friendly and confident doctor. He was very patient in answering the multiple questions that i had in my mind and answered all of them in detail. Epathetic dr very concerned for patient and was detailing every next step. I had sensitivity issue so during treatment when ever i got sensitivity and i expressed she seeked sorry as if this was her mistake.

She also clearly explained the financial implication of different treatment and also advise why i should opt for this particular treatment.

Though she did not handled my treatment is past but still was well read about my past history and even memory of incidence where she was not involved. This also shows how she keep her eyes and ears open for any issue happening around. Means a senstive personality. Much appreciated foe her support.

Since 2019 I know Dr.Priyanka Rathi in 32 Smile The procedure was painless and was done on time as I was here for 40days the Bridges fixed for my upper jaws six tooth is well-done and the Veneers fixed was amazing about this veneers for my Front tooth was given adviced by Dr.Rathi. Before my smile was I couldn't explain it but. now I can say my smile is imaginable n feel like a young boy. All thanks to Dr.Rathi,Dr.Yashica and her team.I'm leaving back to the place where I'm working abroad and hoping to see Dr.Rathi again with a new smile.GOD bless you
