Hoped for better: Treatment satisfaction

My son 5 year suffering from diaherrea since 3 days n stool turns to black in colour... I consulted Dr.srinivas online through practo.** ******* ** ****** *********** * ******* *** ********* he advised to do stool test.. which takes 2 more days for the result.... I'm not satisfied with the drs advice..,..

See mrs.Mehnaz first point is I didn't see your child physically ..You have booked an In-clinic physical appointment through Practo on 29/07/2021 at 5.50pm for ur child AARIZ, who was passing BLACK STOOL since 72hours(3days).Instead of coming to the clinic You demanded a video call, which I refused as the child was suffering from 3 days, I told u to come to the clinic and get the child checked physically, which you refused and On your forcible and persistent request at 6.00 pm you have called our clinic' no. watsapp video consultation (not practo)...pls don't Tarnish any doctor image on personal grounds... And one more thing...any child passing black watery stools for 3 days is not normal in pediatric age group...and such emergencies are not dealt on video calls...
