My age is 36 and I had severe swollen gums, bleeding gums and bad breath. I consulted with Dr Swetha at Kondapur and she explained clearly what my present situation is, why it has happened and what are my options. The clarity with which she explained so naturally and effortlessly clearly shows her experience of 16years+. I underwent deep scaling, polishing and LANAP treatment and they had the laser inhouse. She recommended I visit after 1 week and then every month for followup checkups so they can monitor the tissue healing and prevent recurrence. Neat, clean and hygienic clinic, does not feel like a hospital. Dr. Swetha made me comfortable first and took my history. Then shifted to the dental chair to analyze the cause of my tooth pain. She captured itra oral pictures of my infected tooth. To check for the depth of the cavity and also overall I was asked to get the full mouth XRay done which they have inhouse. Then Dr Swetha explained to me my scenario. Starting with my current problem and also about my other issues. RCT with crown was recommended for my tooth and a couple of fillings for other teeth. I really liked how they use evidence based digital dentistry to help patients understand their current scenario, what to expect during the treatment and the final outcome of the treatment. Doctor suggested removal of tooth as it is wisdom tooth and thoroughly explained about the procedure, finally she underwent the procedure. The procedure was much smoother and more comfortable than she had imagined. That visit cleared doubts, fears and perception about dental treatments was changed and my aunt now underwent four dental implants at this clinic, and the experience was very good. clinic maintains excellent STERILIZATION standards and optimal cleanliness, and the staff were kind and supportive throughout the treatment.
