The retrospective approach of Ms.Oza has unwrapped the lost and hidden fears, insecurities and trauma and helped in understanding myself from an enhanced position. Just at the point of break and breakdown, she made me realize that I was at a conflicting situation and helped me to clear my inner vision. She is very friendly and I would definitely recommend her to anyone who wants to feel more energetic to face the psychological challenges.

After struggling for years , and making conscious efforts through self counseling, I eventually had to see a counselor to help me get that dark cloud of anxiety and depression leading to negative behavioral patterns and addictions that were damaging me.

And I made the right choice , She was professional and compassionate in listening to my story and was able maneuver my taught patterns and actions from negative and damaging to positive and constructive by helping me identify the root causes behind the negative thought patterns and behaviors and helping me address them.

She pleasantly heard my version and told me that she will talk to the couple and give them sessions accordingly but I should not ask their personal issues since her client’s privacy is more important to her. Best in class .All one needs to do is just open yourself completely to her, she always knows what she is doing . I was in extreme emotional pain and dilemma ,but by the time I was done councelling with her ,I was half cured .
