Hi Everyone,

I am writing my heartfelt honest experience here. Unknowingly I some how developed anxiety and went into dipresion state and literally didn't know what was happening. I wan unable to concentrate on my work, was not interested into anything and was feeling worried that something would happen to me. I was feeling very sad about my situation and I couldn't do anything though i felt like helping myself come out of the situation. Due to this symptoms i totally lost my sleep and was all awake whole day & nights. I was feeling very tired due to that and lost my appetite and it was all mess happening around me. I then consulted a neuro Specialist and he has guided me to approach Dr. Lokesh. One thing i would like to call out here is most of us do not know or cannot identify different symptoms happening around us and when somebody is mentally fit they do not accept it that they aren't well and they are scared or shied away to see a psychiatrist which is absolutely a biggest mistake. This impression is totally wrong and this is the reason why i am sharing my own experience to make suggestions to all my friends if in case they have come across such moods, then please please see a doctor near you

I was completely down that i would come back to normal state, but then Dr.Lokesh gave me all the confidence during the first visit itself and he said he is sure that he can bring me back to normal soon. That has given me good confidence and the trust he showed has enabled positivity within me. He heard me with lot of patience and understood my state very well and diagnosed accordingly. It took good time but gradually i was able to see the improvement in me. Everytime i met him, i was sent back with lot of confidence and positivity which increased my strength from day to day and helped me come back to normal strong. He is a very good human being, never shows attitude, listens to his patients with utmost care, gives ample time to explain our problems and shows empathy towards the situation and help them become better and strong. He is a wonderful person and very approachable at any point of time when in need and best thing about him is he is a very people friendly doctor and a great advisor to influence positive charge in persons. Visited For Anxiety And Depression:

Dr.Lokesh is very knowledge and compassionate .My mother was suffering with shortness of breath ,sleeplessness, frequent backpain, frequent headache and lack of hunger some times for last 3 years . We have consulted General physician ,gastrologic and pulmonologist (lugs specialist) and done all tests ,every thing looks normal and healthy ,then we got suggestion to meet Dr.Lokesh ,initially we didn't believe in anxiety and depression ,but we didn't left with any choice, we started treatment it's been 8 months my mother was really doing good and improved a lot .

The 2 main reasons to post the story :

1)There no meter to test or measure the anxiety and depression, based on symptoms we decided to go with treatment. Once we started the treatment after few months we have seen the amazing results.
