Happened to visit Dr. R V Venkata Rao in Tesla Diagnostics, Gachibowli. He is very impatient and rude. We had seen 2 doctors before reaching out to her. Our daughter was suffering from severe pain in her tongue caused by some allergy but doctors weren’t able to identify the cause. Dr. Neelima gave anti allergy medicine and we were surprised how quickly the pain disappeared by next morning. We are very happy with her treatment.

Really bad experience. Had booked for 9 A.M on Practo. Since last time doctor had not come after visiting I called ahead and checked and they said he will be in by 9.15. We reached at 9.15 and they kept saying 5 minutes 5 minutes and Doctor came only at 10 A.M. The receptionist is rude and started arguing when I asked at 9.45 if doctor is coming. I contacted Practo at 9.45 that 30 minutes is not honored and in front of me the receptionist lied that doctor has reached at 9.30 and we are the ones who are late. ****** ********* ** ******** *** ***** **** *** *** **** *** ******** ** *** ******** won't recommend this clinic. The doctor may be good but should honor time. On top of it none of them had a courtesy to apologise and in fact the reception lady has audacity to argue as if it is our mistake that we are not willing to wait
