She, clearly and patiently, listens to the problem, explains the problem and the underlying cause of the problem. She is so good at detailing the background of the issue, nicely attends to all the doubts that we put out. She makes sure that we are not missing out on any other points of the problem. Then she clearly discusses the treatment options and rightly directs us to recovery.
