St. Stephen’s Hospital, DLF Phase III

I would like to share my wonderful experience with Dr. Hansa Shahi who is a Senior Gastroenterologist.I initially consulted her in 2018 in St. Stephen's Hospital, Dlf Phase 3. At that time too, it was a wonderful experience as she was very friendly, professional, a very good listener and her treatment was too apt! Currently from last few days, I was having severe acidity, I thought for consulting her however was not sure if she was consulting online or not? I just dropped her a message in wts app and she promptly asked to send the previous records so that she can get a clear picture of my Treatment HistoryAt that time she wad in the hospital and still took time in between for a video call.She patiently listened to my symptoms , discussed the prescription as well as about the diet which I need to follow.When I asked her, how should I transfer her consultation fee? She said that at this hour when we all as a nation is fighting for a single cause, my priority is just the well being of my patients!!I was so overwhelmed by her gesture that it couldn't stop me to pen down my experience with her!I highly recommend Dr. Hansa Shahi as she is a very genuine Dr in the town.Let's pray for these warriors who are day and night serving for us 🙏

When you go to see a doctor, you expect the person to give you his/her complete attention. Unfortunately other doctors kept visiting the room and she along with them were discussing someone else’s case in the middle of my consultation. Despite booking the appointment, I had to wait for 40 odd minutes to see her. And when I expressed that the wait times was high, she started talking in a very condescending tone and said if this is troubling me I should take my money back and go. Who does that ? Aren’t you supposed to be considerate towards your patient. ****** **** ***** *** ***** ** ********** **** *** *** *** **** **** **** ***** ****** *** *** ****** **** *** ****** ***** * *** ***** DO NOT VISIT HER.

Very Nice and Polite Doctor i have ever seen in My Life.

way of Treatment is Superb and Dr.Sahi has a vast experience.i Consulted two times.

Result was same i.e. Extraordinary.

Once for ASD and second for MVR with DM2.

both for relatives.

I was given an appointment by St. Stephen's Hospital with this doctor (Shahi) at 11:00 AM. He showed up at his clinic at 11;45. He finally attended to me--two hours after my appointment (1:15)--when I requested for a refund of the Rs1000 consultation fee, since it was impossible to wait foe him any longer.

A very qualified doctor. Gets to the bottom of the issue. *** ********* **** ***** Got rid of my year long illness in one consultatation. definitely not the friendliest person around. But as long as you are not there for therapy this shouldn't be an issue.

Doctor was experienced. Her medication and advise helped a lot. She gives proper time to the patients.
