Last week, my dog was not keeping well. His stomach was upset and he had loose motions. Last Sunday, his health deteriorated and I had to rush to the vet. Since this clinic was nearest to my house I rushed there. The doctor gave some medicine and asked for a blood check up since my pug’s motion has blood clots. I blindly followed and got his check up done and came back home thinking that my dog will be better. ** ** ***** ********* ** ***** ********* ******** **** **** ** ***** Next day evening, I mean the Monday, I rushed to my usual vet clinic unlike CP Vet with blood sample report and prescription, ** ***** *** ***** ** * *** *** *** ** *** *** ***** ***** *** *** **** ***** ** * *** ********** * *** ******* **** ** ********* CP Vet charged me 850 Rs for the check up ***** *** *** ** *** *********

I have been using their services for many years and always found their services good and reasonable but during the last visit I felt as if I am being fleeced and charged much more than what would be considered reasonable for the treatment provided to my pets.

I was charged 600 for adminstering an injection which costs less than Rs. 50.

These kind of over charging policies or incidents have not happened in the past. Maybe it is the new lady vet on duty or maybe the management feels that they have established themselves in the area so can get away with such practices, Whatever the reason it leaves a bad taste in the mouth and drives the customers away.

Very Bad. When I went to pick up my Dog he had large bruise on his stomach. On enquiring they declined that he developed this while bathing. When I check the edges of the tiles and confronted them they agreed. My dog is still suffering because of this this and there is puss formation on his stomach Inspite of continuing medication from the same place. I am never taking my dogs to CP for grooming again. This place is non-caring towards pets, and excessively over priced. The doctors at CP also prescribe lots and lots medicines and each visit costs me over INR 1200 on an average.

I had an appointment for 11.45am. I was about to reach and I get a call saying that the doctor is not at that venue and is somewhere else. Please this is no way to function. my dog isn't keeping well and it's so hot for her to be roaming around this way. Please tell people before hand. This appointment was taking at 9.30.really disappointed.

Hardly seen Doctors those who are passionate about what they do. Dr. Ashok sat with and solved all our questions very patiently related to our puppy. Infact has told us that CP Vet is open 24/7 to help you and we can reach him out on call for any related queries.

I will definitely recommend Dr. Ashok Kumar.

The grooming was well done but the combing wasn't done properly the first tine and there was still a lot of dead hair on my pet. I asked the groomer to redo the combing and he did the job nicely the second time around. Overall, was happy with the whole service.

I have been visiting the clenched since long for my dog, Logan. The boy who gives a bath to the dogs dose not do a good job. My dog came back with the same stink, I feel he was not given a bath properly. On asking they said pl bring your dog when we have enough time in hand. Excuse me , is this what you charge us for ?

She was fabulous. Really concerned and caring and handled my two cats very well. I will certainly recommend her. However, the Assistants need far more training and sense of caring. The door of the room was ajar and also the door leading out of the clinic was ajar. I was really concerned that the cats would run out of the clinic. This is very risky.

I took a street dog With severe leg injury for treatment at this clinic. They gave no monetary concession in treatment even though it was a street dog & I was not the owner. The charges for Xray(Rs 600), dressing(Rs 600) & Dr fees(Rs 400) was on the very high side.

Plus points: Adequately equipped clinic for handling pet (dogs) injuries. Also provide food items & accessories for pets. The clinic has neat & clean environment
