I thank God that I met Dr Anmol for my severe Deviated Nasal Septum and underwent a septo rhinoplasty under him as I couldn't have found a better Doctor. The process couldn't have been more smoother as Dr Anmol is very well experienced and qualified for this complex task. I will try to explain in the best possible way so hold tight :) My Problem - I had a severe Deviated Nasal Septum from a sports injury years back and not only it hindered my breathing but my aesthetics of face took a hit as it was no where close to a natural looking nose anymore. My tip was bulbous , there was a dorsal hump , the nose was deviated and wavy , had no defination, there was a huge nasal bone spur overall it was simply bad. Pre Op Consultation- Right from the moment I met him , he understood my concerns ( both aesthetic and functional ) . Dr Anmol is a great listener so relax and let him know your concerns. He was the first Doctor I ever spoke to about my issue and given his quality experience on the subject i knew deep inside that he was the right Doctor to go ahead with. Rhinoplasty is a life changing experience so it's bound to come with lots of anxiety and doubts. But a patient Doctor as Dr Anmol who is willing to listen as he does , not only eases the patient but also gets one closer to the desired results.Post Operative Experience - The real struggle is during the recovery process . The surgical experience can take a toll both physically and mentally. In this regards having a reliable Doctor who performed your surgery becomes extremely important. He is going to be there for your queries , health concerns , recovery . I never felt any neglect through the entire process. Results - Since I had a major Deviated Nasal Septum for years I didn't knew what normal breathing was like. Post surgery going into 11 th day I feel like a million dollars. I can breathe in so much of oxygen that the quality of my life has improved . I also notice a difference in my tonality and vocal projection. The eyes feel more brighter too. All the issues is stated in my problem section at the top are GONE :) My nose is straight , no hump , tip is defined , and the size compliments the rest of face. Yes this was the nose that I always wanted. Now I am left with a great looking face and I am happy. It was probably one of the decisions I made. Dr Priya , being a sweet person that she is , first heard all my concerns both aesthetic and functional. I would like to underscore that Dr Priya has great knowledge of the aesthetics and what makes a face look good. So the first thing she told me was that she was definately going to resolve my issues and I would have a straighter nose , would have refined tip and there would be no dorsal hump. :) But I was still more anxious as I certainly wanted to have a nose which is not only ideal but which would compliment my face and personality. In my case I had a droopy nose along with all the deformities I mentioned above. She gave me a great advice that she would rotate the tip upwards , obviously I didn't knew what that meant but I trusted her. She also said that the height of my nose was taking up much length of my face which may not be adding to the aesthetics of my overall face to which she suggested that she would reduce the height of my nose. Her inputs like these were valuable to me as I wanted a true Aesthetic Professional to guide with what's best for me. Speaking to her I had a strong intuition that I just needed to trust her and I did just that. Post Surgery Day 11 - As I see myself in the mirror , and wow wow ( who is this handsome dude in front of me ) I cannot be more happier. First of all didn't my dorsal hump is gone , the deviated septum got resolved and the tip is looking naturally defined. I also have prominent dorsal lines which is making me look great . and the tip that she said she was gonna rotate now I can see that and it looks just wow. The major factor , the nose is now one thirds of my face , which is what she meant when she said she was going to reduce the height of my nose. The person that I see in the mirror now matches the inner confident self that I always had. When my nose was bandaged and face swollen in first week of surgery I was having much anxious thoughts and if I made the right choice , but with passing time I can only thank God that I underwent a complicated surgery as Septo Rhinoplasty under Dr Priya Bansal. She not only has great expertise and knowledge in her domain but there is much talent and skill in her hands too. Yes it's important to look good but it's even more important that we don't lose our identity which is what exactly I have now. I just can't say enough about the skill, effectiveness and impact of Dr. Rajiva Gupta. I have visited medical professionals in several countries around the world, especially the U.S. and after my recent experience I would trust him entirely with my health.

I took the husband of my house help, for diagnosis, to Dr. Gupta. The patient had been suffering from odd, severe and unpredictable body aches for over a year. He wasn't able to work and it had impacted the mental health of him and his family. After seeing various doctors in this area, he had resigned himself to a "no-cure" situation. Another doctor had told him to just get used to it. I brought him to Dr. Gupta. I was fortunate, for the sake of this patient, that I found Dr, Gupta. His direct style and reassuring manner, allowed him to get key clues on what could possibly be happening. A series of tests later, he had correctly diagnosed that it was a case of rheumatoid arthritis, with potential to be treated before and help restore health. (A specialist later confirmed this). WHile this seems simple on the surface, the key was identifying the types of tests needed without going overboard. Many of these clues had been missed by prior doctors. Thirty days of medication later, the patient is back at work!! Need I say more?

Personally I like Dr. Gupta's direct style. His focus on helping the patient first is very refreshing. And the end of the day, a Doctor's capabilities trump everything. I would trust him with my health and I share this in the hope that this helps others looking to overcome health challenges.

We came to Dr Aruna Kalra during my second trimester as my previous doctor had gone on a long leave. What started off as any pregnancy, soon became a case of severe IUGR (intra uterine growth restriction) pregnancy. This meant that the baby was not growing at an expected rate inside the uterus. Given our progress (or lack of it), we were told to be prepared for a preterm baby. At the time we were unsure of what that meant and it all felt scary.

Dr Aruna was the calm in our storm. Not only did she give us the best possible medical care, she also became a source of immense strength for us. I have sat in her cabin and cried out of sheer fear. She never dismissed my feelings and always offered kind comfort to get through this journey. She encouraged our questions and was happy to answer our queries with utmost patience and facts. Both my husband and I felt comfortable in her care.

Inspite of the rough journey we had, Dr Aruna delivered our sweet baby girl, via an emergency C-section. I will never forget when she came and held my hand before the surgery, and even offered to stay back with my husband (at wee hours of the night) while I was being wheeled out of the operation theatre. Who does that anymore?

This review will be incomplete without the mention of Arfa, her assistant, who’s efficiency in coordinating appointments and assistance cannot be compared. The nurses who took care of us during the many trips to the hospital - sister Naomi, Priti, Jincy, Anisha and possibly everyone on the LR floor at CK Birla Hospital. Dr. Pawani who was there during the delivery and kept cracking jokes while I was being wheeled in. Not once did I feel I was in a hospital, but surrounded by family and loved ones. Dr. Saurabh and his team for taking care of our baby like their own while she was in the NICU. This stellar team is the reason we have a beautiful family.

My wife had a long standing problem of continuous bleeding from her uterine wall and got multiple consultations from different doctors but never got a proper solution. Since my father underwent a surgery at CK Birla for his knees, we consulted Dr. Deepika as she’s the HOD of Gynaecology. She took her time and tried to take the cognisance of the problem and suggested DNC along with Mirena insertion as my wife had severe unbearable pain in her abdomen.

She inserted the IUD and gave us assurance that it will be better in the coming days. Though the pain has not subsided completely but my wife is on the road to recovery. I have known Dr Anjali Kumar for almost 8 years as a yoga buddy and for 6 out those 8 she has also been my doctor. I have always found her very professional and warm, her advice sound and sensible. For the condition I had, she took a cautious approach of not interfering with the body and rushing into surgery until it was absolutely required. Over a period of a few years I had to just keep a watch for certain symptoms she told me about which are like red flags, do timely scans and see her regularly. Over the last couple of months, the situation changed and she advised tests and then explained why it is now necessary to have a surgery to address the condition. To all the review readers, I want to share 2 words of my experience with Dr. Anmol. I visited Dr. Anmol for Grade 2 Gynecomastia issue. I was planning to get the surgery done for the last 5 years but didn't find the right surgeon and was very skeptical about results and side effects. After doing a lot of research and reading reviews myself, I decided to visit Dr. Anmol just to see if he can put my mind at ease. I prepared a list of questions (almost 15 of them) on a paper before I visited so that I don't forget to collect answers to each of my concerns. Dr. Anmol patiently answered all of the questions and the way he answered/discussed them really boosted my confidence. I had followed his Instagram channel before visiting and saw everything he has put there related to Gynecomastia. I can certainly say that I have not found this much detail about moobs problem anywhere else on the internet. Once you see a couple of his insta posts, you will feel that you know him personally. This was a very different experience for me because generally you go to a doctor and spend 5 mins with them and only hear them in your next consultation but by following him on Insta, you feel a different sort of connection. I immediately decided to get the surgery done and not procrastinate anymore. I had expected that the cost would go beyond 1 Lac but the overall surgery and other cost came below 85k only which was a huge plus. I was still thinking to back off before surgery but somehow managed to pull myself into OT. The experience was very smooth and he was constantly there to guide me through. It's been 2 weeks of surgery now and when I look at my flat chest, I am filled with joy. I still can't believe that I have finally gotten rid of Gynecomastia and it's all thanks to Dr. Anmol. I was suffering from PCOD since 2013. From the age of 16 I started gaining weight rapidly. I had no idea about pcod , but all I knew was that something was wrong.

I had symptoms like weight gain , irregualr menses , no menses for 6-7 months straight ,facial acne & hair loss .

As a teenager , all I was concerned was about my weight .

Not only I was obese but also faced restlessness , fatigue ,body ache .

In 2016 I consulted a gynaecologist .

She prescribed dyna for 3 months .

I took the medicines on time but after 3 months the results were still the same - “ NO MENSES "

My doctor asked me to repeat the medication for 3 months more.

And these months never lasted and I kept on taking different medicines , vitamins , dyna , hormonal pills ,etc .

• 2016 Entire year I took lot of medicines but I experienced no weightloss and no cure of my PCOS.

Later I started developing serious side effects.

•2017 Frustrated from the side effects , I stopped taking my medicines .

I faced serious vomiting , stomach pain ,fatigue, moodswing etc.

•2018-2019 I switched my doctor again in a hope but the result were still the same , different medicines and lot of side effects.

Everyone gave me a different and mysterious advice but one thing that everyone adviced ( or in normal language ,taunted ) is lose your weight and everything will be cured automatically.

Not only I exercised but also was on a strict diet for few months.

But my regime was very hard and boring and fast food felt like heaven . Medicines didnt worked , diet didnt worked , excercise didnt worked . I didnt know where I was going wrong or missing my efforts .

Disappointed from all sides I again started eating as much as I wanted without getting worried for more weight gain

Strict diet always pushed me towards unhealthy food .

•2021- One day I was scrolling instagram and saw one of the best mother daughter duo ,Sejal di and Anjali mam.

Started following both of them and then I got to know about Anjali mam and Maitri .

But for obvs reason I hesitated as I know pcod is non curable and I have to take the medicine throughout my life.

ON 29/04/2021 - I took mam’s appointment and my beautiful journey started here.

Mam not only helped me to cure my pcod but also encouraged me towards a healthy life style .

She encouraged me to take plant based diet and some medication that I have not taken earlier.

My weight on 29/04 was 82 kgs .

For next 8 months I followed mam’s diet and some medicine

I lost 25 kgs of weight .

Today my weight is 57 kgs ( 27 Jan 2022)

And I can proudly say not only i lost my rigid weight but also i am cured now

I am no longer suffering from pcos.

I am no longer obese .

I am mo longer unconfident or conscious for my weight.

I am soo grateful for everything.

MAM really helped me in my journey. She was there in my journey as a mentor and guided me with everything.

She not only helped me physically but also mentally.

She taught me a life long lesson about healthy living and healthy choice and to move forward with all the good choices.

Lastly for all the girls out there suffering same or another women issues

Nothing is permanent

Everything is curable

All you need is a good mentor and willingness to achieve that.
