Visited doctor once, it was a good experience. Months later, visited again for a different reason. Within 12 hours, we called them as my condition worsened and we just needed to ask if we should get the tests advised done sooner. The receptionist outrightly refused that doctor will not speak on phone, u have to come to clinic. ** *** **** * *** ********* **** * * **** *** ** ****** ******* ** ***** ** ** Finally, they called back n said this will be considered your “free consultation” before we could speak to the doctor.

Next day(day 2) we went there with the reports. They asked us to pay the fees. We said we are within the 3 day consultation period. Next day, I called to inform them that she misread the reports and my platelets are not low.
