I was looking for a diet consultant as I had idea of what I am eating is not correct and causing trouble. The few whom I met suggested diet plans without helping me to understand the reason for the problem. Vaibhav conducted na session in our office and was able to answer all questions asked clinically with a scientific reason being polite and humble at the same time. While personal consultation as well he listened, explained and answered every thing professionally making me feel comfortable with food change he advised. No DIET plan given, just restricted few items. I could feel the change in just 2 weeks.
