Visited Ms. Shweta Sharma (Clinical Psychologist) For Psychological Problems
Hoped for better:Â Doctor friendlinessValue for moneyWait timeExplanation of the health issueTreatment satisfaction
About a month ago, I finally decided to visit a psychologist to address my mental health. It took a lot of courage for a first timer, but my experience with her was so pathetic that it will take some time before I can make up my mind again. First of all, I had to wait for more than half an hour till I finally got to see her. This built up more anxiety and nervousness in me. When I was called for the session, I noticed two ******** sitting on a bench beside the door. I was startled why these people were sitting in a room for a therapy session as it's meant to be completely confidential and a patient comes with the thought of keeping their privacy intact. Upon asking, Ms Shweta casually told me that they are interns and they'll be sitting through the session. To which I said that I wasn't comfortable and that's when they were asked to leave. Now my session started very abruptly because I didn't know how to go about it and I was not given any instructions on how the session would unfold. So I had to ask that myself. From the beginning I didn't feel comfortable and the interruptions in-between the sessions made it worse. Ms Shweta was calling on phone to ask for green tea, water, scheduling other appointments and even the support staff kept entering the room and the counsellor expected me to continue speaking in front of them. I was disappointed but I still kept going without raising it. And before I could take a moment to understand what her inputs were, she said that we need to wrap the session and listed the same things on paper that I had been telling her from my side. So all-in-all after more than half an hour of waiting, the session barely lasted for 30 minutes. Neither could I share everything and neither did she provide her inputs in a professional way.
To sum it up, here's why I say my experience was pathetic:
- Lack of professionalism throughout the session
- Breach of privacy
- Interruptions during the session
- Less time for deep dive into the challenges that I was going through

Visited Dr. Ashish Yadav (Orthopedic surgeon) For ACL Surgery
Happy with:Â Doctor friendlinessExplanation of the health issueTreatment satisfactionValue for moneyWait time
Dr. Ashish is an amazing person, both professionally and personally. He listen to you very patiently, review the medical history, do the necessary checks and then only guide you the medical recommendation.
I was suffering from knee pain from last 1 year and went to his clinic "V Medica Multi Speciality Clinics and Diagnostics" for medical advice. He checked my knee condition and reviewed all the knee reports. He recommended me to go for the ACL surgery.
He and his Ortho team did my surgery in "UPHI The Wellness & Surgical Centre", a less crowded and run by very experienced and supportive doctor's and nursing staff.
Surgery went very well without any discomfort, pain, infection and fear. And I was shocked when next day of my surgery, Dr. Asked me to stand up and start walking with the help of walker and more shockingly helped me to climb the stairs. These steps not only gives you confident but a mental peace as well.
Returned home after 2 days of in hospital support and now doing all the required stuff at my own, obviously knee mobilizer, physiotherapy, recommended exercises and walker are part of my daily routine for a faster and safe recovery.
Dr. Ashish, thank you so much for helping me to recover from this pain and a live a normal life again.

Hoped for better:Â Wait time
had an appointment at 4pm. before coming to the clinic, I was told no delay, max waiting time of 5-10 mins. I was at the clinic at 3.55. at 4.17 when I inquired, I was told patient is inside.at 4.35 with no sign of Ms Sharma ending her previous session, which was to end at 4 pm, I asked the clinic to cancel my appointment. they continued to mislead me and say 5 more mins. until 4.45, my appointment had still not begun. long story short, I was in no frame of mind to take therapy from a person who has no respect for other people's time and spoke to a senior at the clinic who was empathetic and helped in processing the refund. as a MHP, how can one allot back to back slots to patients and then not be professional enough to ask the previous patient to leave when their time is up (more than 45 mins beyond designated time) unless it is an emergency case or if their appointmentstarted late. in all those cases also, she should have informed me, the patient whose time had been taken for granted, that she needed to cancel or delay further - as the case may be. *** ***** ** *** ********** *** *** ******* **** **** ** ******** ** ******* ** *** ****** ****** ********* *** *** *** ****** ** ******** ******* ** *********** ******
