The Fame of Mind, DLF Phase II

I have taken a few medications for about 4 months, was very doubtful whether it's going to help me or not, and my a was becoming difficult to cope with.

With time my work demands and ups and downs in my relationship would keep resulting in flare ups.. When I went to her, I found a good listener n great friend.. she connected with me and understood what I am going through.. after the few sessions she shared her story of life and the treatment plan for me.

She also gave me a muscle relaxation therapy which was basically for releasing all the negativity inside me so that I gain my happy soul back.

Till now I have never taken any decisions for myself but now I’ve gained that confidence to just look forward and do whatever I like.

She has been there with me with all the support and motivation.. We are still working on the rest. My anxiety issue no more exists.. I am able to control my overthinking and comparison habit and I strongly recommend her if you need any kind of psychological help.

She’s just not a psychologist rather a Mother to me who always guides you the best.

She is really very polite and give proper time to you. It took 30 to 45 minutes and believe me half of your problem are vanished. I didn't remember when I properly laugh in last 8 month, but on very 1st day of my counseling she made me to realise that even I can laugh. Now I am start following the things which she told me to do.. this is the 2nd day but I feel things start working on me.

I was diagnosed with breast cancer and the trauma and acceptance of it was awful for me. I wasn’t ready when the doctor asked me to get the chemotherapy done And she’s my family, she has done her Masters and Graduation with distinction in Psychology.

She has constantly supported me more than anyone, she has listened to me and I would say more than the medication here, in this disease an individual needs someone to hear, and positive regard.

She saw that I can fight with it so did I didn’t let her loose that faith in me and followed all the instructions and guidance.

Even after her heavy routine she took out time for me valued my sentiments.

Khyati is an excellent psychologist. I particularly liked the meetings with her for a warm and friendly approach with which she understood my concerns and used her expertise.on her subject to suggest the remedial approach. Dr Khyati is a patient listener, I remember in one hour session I was the one speaking and speaking as I was so frustrated because of marrital issues with my wife.

She’s very punctual in terms of visit and time duration of session.

When that session was about to end she gave some life lessons with a positive outlook.

She gave me a thought which was lacking in my marriage life, she explained me the whole problem and I have never looked like that before in my marriage of 4yrs.

She’s a great Yoga trainer, I was suffering from lower back pain from last two months because of incorrect posture in gym.

My trainer asked me to go for physiotherapy, I took a couple of sessions but it was a temporary relief.

My neighbor guided me and gave me her number and after taking one session only I felt the difference. She gave me a package of 15days and seriously I never believed in power of Yoga Healing but now I do. She has been a constant supporter and also a great psychologist.

I think words won’t be enough to thank her but she’s truly amazing in her work.

My day was really awful before meeting her.

I was dealing identify crises and family problems related to over expectations and acknowledging my worth and what all I've done for others.
