Doctor Harmeet Ji was a through gentleman and a very experienced doctor. I visited for Ear Wax removal, He used water pressure technique. Even though during the procedure he got wet because of water pressure but he continued with ease and remove the wax without any pain also he took a very reasonable amount .

This doctor is super rude. I booked appointment for my wife and she needed an urgent attention hence I booked for a video consultation and I did not recive any link or any call for the booked slot which was 8:45 pm on 23 rd September after complaining on the robot chat I got the call wherein he kept talking about issues with practo app and on my constant statment to him.. *** ****** ***** *** **** *** *** ***** *** ******* ** **** ** ******* ***** ******* He is the Most Rude doctor I have ever come across in my life span

Patient booked a appointment for physical consultation at the clinic but did not turn up. On contacting by phone, patient"s attendant said that he wanted a video consultation. He was told that he has to change the appointment from physical to video consultation on the app.. He was told that this is not in my control and cannot be done at my end. A procedure has to be followed. Instead of accepting his error while booking the appointment, he got agitated and later on abusive. He was not ready to listen to anything. This kind of behavior on part of the patient's attendant is unacceptable and highly deplorable.
